He ido varios años y siempre me resulta muy agradable.

Very good hostel. The location and atmosphere. A lot of youg people. There were parties at night, but I didn't hear much and was able to sleep with no problem.

I didn't like having the bedroom unlocked all the time even having lockers available. About the lockers, I don't know if it was for all but mine had a cement floor and it scratched my backpack ever when I needed to take it in and out the locker. The room also didn't have a good lighting in a manner that it was necessary to use the bathroom's light together with the bedroom's light when I needed to see properly. The reception also doesn't accept credit cards and it brought me some trouble.

My staying was a disaster. I got to the hostel around noon and was informed that I couldn´t do the check in until 2 PM or after. When I came back later on, aroun 9, my reservation had been cancelled, the manager who had done so wasn´t there to give me a solution, and they offered me a horrible room, humid and smelly (room number 13). I didn´t want it, but NO ONE gave me a solution. So I ended up paying for nothing, since I didn´t sleep there, andthey didn´t offer to give the money back)

Thanks for your comment,we apreciatte it, it´s always good for us to improve. It was a mistake that we cancell your booking, our receptionists forgot to add a note on your booking saying that you already arrived to the hostel. But we do our best to find a solution and offer you a room to sleep. We never had a complain about room 13,but once again we apreciatte your comment. Best Regards

They don`t have keys, so your room is never closed. But they have lockers in every room, that was ok. The hostel is safe, but it is more a merit of the city, rather than the hostel. The staff was a bit clueless, but really wanted to help. The location is like 8-10 mins from the beach, overall not that bad. Breakfast was ok. More or less clean, but it was really hot on the second floor. The rooms very neither spacious, nor small. Mostly Brazilians and Argentineans stay there. Great atmosphere.

Worst experience in a hostel ever! When we arrived there was already people occupying both the beds of our reservation, but they promised they would solve it quickly. Four hours later I asked again and they said they couldn't find the girls who were in our room, although it was already 9 PM. We, then, decided to leave the hostel and obviously expected our money back, since there was no place for us, but the lady in the reception said it wasn't possible, so they made us pay for their mistake.

We´re really sorry about this inconvenient. We´ve tried to solve the situation offering an apartment just crossing the street ,at the same price that in the hostel, and also offering to have breakfast and all our services. They didn´t accept it and prefere to go away. Anyways this coment is good for us to improve. Thanks for taking the time to let us know. regards

The rooms are a bit too tiny, and cleanliness of toilets is left to guests responsibility rather than having someone clean them up (I think they only clean them once in the morning). Breakfast is OK. Otherwise, very convenient location just next to a supermarket, the Brava Beach and very close to the bus terminal. Also good place to meet other travellers.

Thanks for your comment. We clean toilets every day from 11 am to 14 pm. Best regards

Eles poderiam organizar mais atividades com com hospedes, como pub crawl... O café da manhã poderia ter coisas salgadas...só tem geleia, doce de leite e mantega sem sal...

I wasn't impressed with this hostel at all. The staff weren't that kind, and didn't seem too concerned with their guests. I'm not looking for 4star treatment, but generally the people at the desk tend to want to make sure guests are happy and having fun. They didn't. The same people at the desk sold drinks, so it took forever to get one, and you weren't able to bring in outside drinks. They weren't that knowledgeable about the area and didn't share much insight about your stay.
