Well located hostel. Staff seemed a bit confused at times. We were staying in a dorm and the aircon was quite strong, but it was comfortable during the night with the blanket provided. Attached shower was tiny. We were not there on a weekend and they had music and drums going on until the wee hours of the morning. Breakfast was fine. We were supposed to stay longer but left early to stay with friends, which was a good thing because my husband got bit by bedbug during the night (I did not).

Had a fun stay here for 2 nights with my wife. We were pleased with the location, just a few blocks from both Old Town and the Bus/Ferry terminals. Our private room was nothing special, but servicable. It felt a bit pricey for what you get, but it was a nice spot. Good vibe for meeting people, if you're travelling solo.

My family and I had a lot of fun at this hostel. They were helpful, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the facilities were clean, and very nice, in an old house in the best location at the city.

Very good hostel, very clean (also the kitchen) and very helpful staff. Altough our room was a little bit dark.

A decent hostel - nice communal areas, esp the roof terrace, comfy beds, good aircon, and great location v close to the old town. Kitchen was rather small, but adequate enough as long as no-one else is cooking.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Colonia is a small town, so the location was of course great. It wasn´t as clean as hostels that I am used to but the rooms were a good size with lockers and bathroom. The breakfast was great and I had fun, although I was only there one night. Staff were great!

Nice hostel in main part of town. Had a good atmosphere when we were there. Many people milling around having a drink listening to music. The dorm room was fine and clean.

Very nice folks, we forgot a bag with duty free stuff and they found and stored it for us till we returned. Highly recommended.

Likely to be the best hostel in town. They got a little bar in the living room which is conducive for socialising. The booking procedure was a bit clumsy though. After booking a bed at hostelworld.com I received a mail where the hostel explained in capital letters that I had to send them an additional confirmation, my passport number and the tree digit security code on my credit card. Otherwise my booking would be cancelled.

Fantastic staff. Great location near the old town yet close to the main street. Dinners and free concerts. Escape Buenos Aires for a weekend, stay for a week!
