Located within the famous 'Historic District' (Historical Heritage Site by UNESCO) and just 600 meters from the port and the bus station, also very close to the beaches. In a beautiful XIX century house with all the comforts of XXI century: bright skylights, high ceilings, wood stove, BBQ & sundeck. You can also enjoy our outdoor bar where we serve food and drinks at night.
The homemade breakfast and linen are included, and our kitchen is fully equipped for your deposition.
Other services offered include 24/7 hot water, free internet, cable TV, DVD with a wide variety of movies, laundry service, bike rentals, horseback riding.
Colonia is considered the most beautiful city in Uruguay, thanks to the Historical Town and its museums, the Plaza Mayor with its restaurants, its Mother Church (the oldest in Uruguay), the lighthouse from where you can see the entire old city, its beaches, areas and national parks. Its fine, nothing to write home about. I just hate hostel that dont let you check in until check in time, even if only five out of 100 beds are occupied.
