The only real hostel in San Andres, in the town center, 5mn walk from the beach and 10mn walk from airport. Spread on 5 floors with a bar on the top floor, looks quite modern and well organised. A bit overpriced but that's everywhere in San Andres. The (large) dorms all have aircon which make it quite cold at night. The guy at the reception didn't have the correct info about catamarans to Providencia so don't trust what they say! Also, it's more expensive to book via Hostelworld than direct!

I'm surprised with reviews that said good location. San Andres is gorgeous with so many amazing beaches, yet the center where the hostel is, is terrible. Loud, traffic ridden street, dusty and ugly. Why not a hostel on San Luis beach? Near Rocky Cay or even something on the west side? You know actually enjoy the beautiful parts of the island. Aside from that the hostel is fine: clean, good rooms...but really lacking atomosphere, or any chance for hostel camaraderie.

The hostel is quite nice and modern but it was soul less when I stayed there. The bar wasn't even open at 10pm on Saturday night and it had the atmosphere of a Central European YHA hostel. The toilet in our dorm was blocked and it was disgusting and took a while to unblock it. En suite bathrooms in dorms don't work! It was also pretty expensive, could have got a private apartment in town for not much more than a dorm. Maybe I just stayed at the wrong time of year but wouldn't rush back.

Although in general I had a good impression of the hostel I have several negative things to say: the kitchen had nothing literally nothing! There can´t be only 2 glasses for 20 people, there is not even a colander, knives . The kitchen leaves much to be desired! The air conditioning of my room did not work none of the 6 nights I stayed. It was very uncomfortable that the hostel has 5 floors since to go to the kitchen you have to go to the 1st floor, for breakfast, above all, the computers

The hostel is nice with very nice terrace, working wifi and kitchen. But it has no atmosphere. Also it's a bit weird that families with kids can stay there as well, even in private rooms.

The hostel is professional and the staff can be very helpful, it is price for what it offers, but San Andres is an expensive island, just like any other in the Caribbean! Be aware of the high number of argentineans, they travel in groups and can be very noisy during the evenings! apart from that my stay was great.

Nice hostel with a very nice crew. I expected the disco on the rooftom would be loud, but wasn't any problem. The rooms have own lockers and there's enough space for your stuff. Would come again

We stayed in a private room so its a bit more expensive. For that you get a private en suite bathroom, air conditioning and a flat screen tv. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are provided. There is great breakfast every morning with the most amazing views of the sea in the short distance. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the most incredible beach. There are lots of activities which you can book through the hostel and the staff are really friendly. Would recommend staying here!

The location of the hostel is perfect because it's quite close to the beach and city center where you can buy very cheap things. My girlfriend and I felt very secure and well served by the staff.

There are not to many hostels in San Andres, so i am sure this is the best option. Well located and with a lot of fun things to do, i recommend it. The price is not very cheap, but it worht it. The view from the last floor, in the bar is excellent!
