Property Information:
Welcome in ELA Guesthouse situated in top center of Split, heart of Diokletian palace (UNESCO protected).
Our guesthouse is on second floor in old history building but new rearranged inside.We have propitiatory price and friendly staff (family) that offer you comfort staying in every time of year. We offer three rooms that share bathroom and one room with private bathroom and private enter, like every room has a private entrance so guests can come and go whenever they want.
Every room has a double bed + one extra bed for one more person (2+1). In the rooms is a table with chairs (on the table is a city map) and closets or a place to put your staff. Some rooms have air-condition some have a big fan. Also TV is not in every room. Rooms are color in different colours so you have feeling that you are at your own home.
If you need something extra, you can ask us as we can speak English.
We have also 4 rooms on the other address also in Diocletian palace 2 minutes away.
In our street guests have a bank, an exchange office, caffe bars, restaurants and other shops they need because Maruliceva street is in top center.
Check in is at 11:30am.
Check out is in at 10:30am.
If you come before 11:30 you can leave your staff but you can't enter in the room till 11:30am. Also if you arrive late please contact us because we will wait for you.
Air-terminal is only three minutes far away from our house. Also port, main bus-station and raillway station are five minutes away on foot from us. We are less than 10 minutes on foot from sandy beach.
We will also have soon a description in Spanish and French.
