A very nice hostel close to the airport. It cost about $15US to get there in a taxi from the airport, but only $7 back in the morning. The hostel itself is small but charming and the people working there are very friendly. The morning breakfast of fruit, coffee, and a pastry was delicious. There were two fans in my room, which were very necessary in the stifling heat of Managua, and the wifi worked great (and is free).

Great location in Managua, close to the airport. Early morning taxis were arranged for us by the hostel, breakfast was packed and ready to go as well.

If you're looking for a fun atmosphere, this is probably not the place. It's a quiet (very), clean, and safe place to crash (I'd recommend it for people in transit) with an 11pm curfew (not that it matters really because it's located in a residential area). That said, the staff was very kind, internet access is great, and it's very reasonably priced. 5-7$ from the airport (though it's up to you to quote it - otherwise you'll pay more, much more).

The staff are really helpful to anyone who needs to get to the airport or take a taxi, they were very welcoming. I'd stay again.
