Staff were friendly and very eager to help you as much as they can and other guests were also very friendly. The linen in the room was clean. I would stay here again.

Myself and my friend stayed here in April and had an amazing time! A very friendly atmosphere and in a great location. Staff were helpful and were able to help us with any inquiries we had about taxi, directions (which we needed because we were forever getting lost), the hostel etc. The cafe attached to the hostel served lovely food and was great value for money. The kitchen could get messy at times, but doesn't that happen in every hostel? I would definitely stay here again.

WORST HOSTEL EVER.Staff horrible- very dirty-not well managed-shuttle airport not on time. I went to sleep in my room and the guy at the reception (with long blond dreads) came SHOUTING at me asking my name and why I was in this room (cause the people where wondering why there was a bed missing for them). It was their mistake, and when he finally found out, just gave me the key of the right room not saying sorry. Next morning my shuttle was too late I had to afford 40$ of taxi to airport.

The receptionist of the place was a teenage boy. After checking in we went to the room which was very dirty and messy. The room had clothes and alcohol bottles lying everywhere. I complained about the conditions of the room and they offered me to change room. The new room was just as dirty as the first one so I asked for a refund. Never saw a hostel so dirty. When I ask for the manager they told me that she wasnt there. three teenagers were in charge, there was no adult to talk to. a disaster!

I have only one good thing to say about this place. It's cheap! I have never seen a place thar dirty. Every time you need any cooking essentials, plates or any thing like that, you have to collect it at the reception, and sometimes the reception can suddenly be closed for an hour.. I wil never recommend this place to other people

A good hostel next to the city centre, the location is great. There is a dining room used as a common room next to the kitchen. The kitchen is quite small, but was alright. Dorms, showers and toilets are fine. Just make sure you make use of the facilities before or after 'rush hour'. The staff are friendly enough. I don't really have anything negative to say about this hostel.

Staff was not as nice as they should of been, the rooms were very messy and filled with bugs. Woke up covered in all types of bug bites. The facilities were dirty and not kept up very well. The location was convenient.

This hostel is very close to the downtown area and some cool bars up the street. It was a bit dirty and the building interior definitely needed some work. I felt like it was dirty with trash lying around in the hallways and such. No internet access at all was a big downfall and the best they could do was recommend going to the library, a good 10-15 min walk.

It was the dirtiest hostel I've ever been to... in the world... some of the guests appear to be living there for a while, so they are really confortable about being loud all nigth long, keeping the rooms in an unhealthy and constant caos. the fire detector has hairy from dust. the security is bad even for the own hostel`s appliances. It was the worst hostel experience I've ever had...

The hostel is in an excellent location, only a few minutes from city centre. The café attached served good food. The hostel was not clean. One of the toilets was blocked for over 24 hours before it was cleaned. There was a lack of bathrooms. I was in a mixed dorm and in it was a very noisy couple who liked to show their love for each other loudly! Beds were not comfortable and very noisy. Every time someone turned in a bed in the room it would wake me.
