This was a fantastic hostel, really feels like you are staying at a friends house! Would definitely go back.

I and my partner had an excellent stay at Elephant on the Moon Hostel. Thank you Aga and your fellow staff (both named Monica) for your friendliness and excellent help. The atmosphere of the Hostel was very good. Just one minor comment about the double room (Folk Room) that we had. It was a litttle cramped.and we thought that a smaller double bed would allow more space between the bed and the walls.

The hosts were a wealth of knowledge and so nice, they helped with booking our excursions and any info we needed. We enjoyed our stay and recommend them highly.

Was only there for a couple of days but really liked it. Had a family feel about it - warm and friendly with some nice people there. Cheers! I mean, thanks! :)

I really enjoyed my stay at the Elephant, it was like I had read in the description and in other commentaries. I felt at home and that was really good. I hope I will be able to visit the Elephant again.

If you want a cozy, welcoming, wonderful stay in Krakow, then this is the hostel to book! Aga, the hostess, is incredibly welcoming and helpful. She sat down with us every evening and helped us plan our next day and took such good care of us from the very beginning to the very end of our trip! This is the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed in and was very comfortable. The location is not ideal, but only takes about 15 minutes to walk into town along the river, which is lovely!

Out of 6 places we stayed at while traveling, Elephant on the Moon was my favorite/number 1. Aga is wonderful-- helpful and knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly, and really just very sweet. Her hostel is clean and organized, and it was very comfortable. My brother and I extended our stay because it was the relaxing environment that we needed after weeks of traveling. This is a great place to stay. I will definitely be coming back to Krakow and definitely staying here.

The staff was absolutely incredible...more than happy to help you out navigating or planning anything you want to do!
