Our pleasant guesthouse is situated just an 8 minute drive on the Underground towards the west of the historical center and 15 minutes walk from Schönbrunn Palace and a 15 minute walk to the Westbahnhof and Airport Shuttle Bus. We are a friendly family run hostel and give you a feeling of beeing carefree.
We are popular with tourists, families, cyclists, couples and people travelling on their own who want to see all the sights, visit performances or to make excursions to the surrounding environment.
We offer clean, bright and high rooms in an old stylish house with new sanitary facilities in a quiet residential quarter next to a marketplace , five supermarkets, banks, pastries and coffeehouses for breakfast, budget-priced restaurants for lunch and dinner.

I used to stay in Hostels rather than Hotels, I still have to admit that Elisabeth Guest house I was disappointing in terms of value for money. The size of the room was fine and we were gently welcomed by the owner. Surprisingly at this time of the year, the weather was a bit cold in Vienna and no heater was provided in the room. The bed linnen seemed not to be perfectly clean and the very small toilet towels were smelling filthy. This was obviously a bummer.
