Although we had reserved a double room, we were offered a twin room, (with beds screwed to the floor) or a triple room on arrival. Management should invest on facilities such as mattresses, which were full of holes (giving back pain), and stains. The sheets and towels weren't changed once during our stay (for a week), though staff visited our room while we were out. The door to our room had windows on it and as the shower was next to the door, anyone in the hall could see us while showering.

The person who manages the guesthouse is very nice and helpful. The hostel is quiet and room is big enough. There is a kitchen but there is neither hotplate nor oven but only a small boiler and a old microwave. Location is good close to a subway station and markets.

Located very far outside of the city - not walking distance at all. Located near the Palace but the palace is very far outside the city as well. Host gave us excellecent resturaunt recommendations. No real atmosphere, no wifi, but clean. I don't think anyone else stayed here while we were there, which was strange.

We had a nice experience at Elisabeth Guesthouse. The woman who greeted us was very sweet and helpful. Our room was incredibly spacious and even had a table. It gets a bit cold in the rooms and very cold in the hallway/bathroom. I had to sleep with extra layers. It has a kitchen and dining area which was very useful. It is really close to public transportation, but a bit far if you plan on walking everywhere. No breakfast, which was a bummer. Decent place.

The hostel is at a good location (one metro stop from the Westbahnhof), the owner of the hostel is very nice and helpful. The rooms are OK, for this price you'll get a pleasant time. My only problem is that the rooms are a little bit cold, and there is no heater in the bathroom, so in the winter it is cold. But in the summer it's a nice place to stay in low prices.

It was a pity it didn't have Internet access or Wi-fi, because it was told that were very Internet coffees in the neighbourhood but actually it wasn't, and it was very difficult to find any. Other thing, the corridors are very cold, and since the bathroom is in the corridor apartment, it was freezing there.

The bed and breakfast was overall very disappointing. Given its name (B&B), I expected to have breakfast served so I felt like I was ripped off because there was none. Also, the temperature in the house was the exact same temperature of the weather outside (which was below zero Celsius), so I actually walked around the house in my coat. Made sleeping very uncomfortable.

The lady who runs this place is the best. She told us everything we needed to know about the city and was extremely helpful! The room was okay, just fine for a weekend and is pretty far from city center but close to a metro stop that goes right there.

The hostel is quite far from the city center. On the other hand, it is located in a quite place away from the noise of the city center. It provides good value for money and the owners are helpful and sociable.

Staff was very helpful, we were given a map and were explained what to see in the city. Location is fine. However in the first night there was like 10degrees in the room because the heater was not powerful enough to heat it up although it was on max. Besides, I expected the private ensuite room having normal bathroom, not a shower tube in the middle of the kitchen where there was no heating at all. Same with the toilet. I have stayed in much better places in Vienna before even for less money.

As was said, the hostel owns an old couple. The lady is really helpful and nice, she gave us a map and many advice where to go. The hostel is not located directly in the city center, but you can get there by subway in 10 minutes and moreover its near to Schonbrunn. We had a fairly big double bed room and were totally satisfied. It was clean, calm and comfortable. Maybe one inconvenience-there was a quite cold in the room eventhough the heating was on all day long. But for the price its really ok
