The place was clean and the beds were comfy. But this is a guesthouse not a hostel! So for meeting other travellers this is not the place. The location is a bit out of the city center, but the subway is easy and comfortable to use. No cooking possibility was a minus.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hostel which is more like a hotel really! Very twee and ornate building with bags of character, but not the most social of stays, but not a problem for us because the staff were incredible and pretty much planned out our whole trip in vienna for us! Tons of recommendations and obviously very knowledgable about the whole area and city!

The hostel is a little far from the city center but really near to the metro station! The staff was very helpful and the room is clean and quiet.

The staff was nice - old lady advised us a lot. The apartment we got wasn't very clean, though. The location isn't that great either, it's pretty far from downtown Vienna and you need to take the metro all the time. However, you can find cafés and restaurant in the neighborhood. The toilets are located outside the apartment, in the building hall, which is a bit strange as well.

Bit too far out of town, needed to get train everywhere. Wifi did not work and we needed to go to local cafés instead. Kitchen had a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle but no stove or oven for actually cooking. Nice and quiet atmosphere, very private. Hosts were lovely and made up the room each day.

Staff was helpful in giving clear directions for city travel and location of places of interest! Lots of keys helped with feeling secure. There was an old or disagreeable smell in the kitchen area and floors did not feel clean. Bedding was very thin and the duvet covers were very nubby and felt uncomfortable but it was a place to sleep for which we were thankful.
