I stayed in room 25 and it was like a cubby hole really the smallest room ever and I could smell the rubish out side my window and on the approach up the stairs. Very basic double room, very noisy aircon and no lamp or anywhere to put your stuff. Kitchen was dirty and the whole place needed an update. I wouldnt recommend staying here It was the most expensive hostel we stayed in Australia and was dissapointed.Very basic double room, very noisy aircon and no lamp or anywhere to put your stuff. The people I met there were awesome but I have to say the cleanliness left a lot to be desired (not the worst I've seen though), the screens were ineffective for bugs and critters, and the front desk staff a little less than pleasant to deal with. It's also a ways out of town compared with other hostels in the area, should make it a little quiter, but that's not necessarily the case. The people I met there were awesome but I have to say the cleanliness left a lot to be desired (not the worst I've seen though), the screens were ineffective for bugs and critters, and the front desk staff a little less than pleasant to deal with. This was a wonderfully relaxing place to stay, a couple of minutes away from the mass of \'party\' hostels. Pleanty of space to sit around under shady trees in peace and quiet. A lush setting this hostel suits those who are happy to escape the loud noise of the parties at the end of the night for a good night\'s sleep. I extended my stay twice. This was a wonderfully relaxing place to stay, a couple of minutes away from the mass of \'party\' hostels.
