Comfortable,family run, no-smoking guest house just three miles from the city centre of Liverpool and two miles from the football grounds of Liverpool (Anfield) and Everton (Goodison). PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT IN THE CITY CENTRE. There is a frequent bus to the city centre. All rooms are private but are not ensuite, however, the three rooms we have share two bathrooms.

There is free WiFi available.

Each room has Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities plus a fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast is included in the price and a cooked breakfast is available at a small cost of £3. We are child and pet friendly and cater for special diets.
