pos: friendly staff and there is someone always there 24/7. Proximity to taxim square is nice as Taksim is the main connection point for all public transportation including buses to get to the Asian side airport. neg: there are 3 buildings under this hotel. The one in the pictures is the renovated one but the others are not. Moldy baths where drains back up as you shower. Beds are uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. Confirm which building you are in and don't pay until you see ur room

Hello, I am very upset since your website reservations doesn't work. When I arrived to the Hotel they did not have any reservation for me and I had to look for another hotel (of course there was not cheap otels then). The director of the hotel show me that he did not receive any email from you with my reservation. So please, give me back the money I paid as a deposit for my reservation 23€! the hotel did not do it. Thanks
