The rooms were lovely, very clean and spacious. The owner was very friendly and helpful and we felt at home. Wifi and breakfast were great. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Elpaso is an absolutely great hostel! It's located very close to one of the famous shopping streets of Milan (Corso Buenos Aires), the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated and the owner manages to make you feel at home. I warmly recommend staying at Elpaso:)

Giovanni is just the sweetest man ever- he prepares a lovely breakfast with a cheery smile (and a few silly tunes playing in the background), and gave us great suggestions for things to do not only in Milan, but the other Italian cities we were planning in visiting. The rooms were pretty standard, and the 2 bathrooms were very clean. The only thing I'd suggest is taking the red line on the subway and getting off at the same station (Loreto) as it is easier to find Via Monza from there...

Easily one of the best places Ive ever stayed, the host was a fun, informative guy, with the laziest most beautiful dog. I suppose if you have allergies to dogs, not an ideal place to stay, being an apartment (although it had two bathrooms). Would happily stay again

This is a great place to stay in Milan. It is close to everything and the staff was wonderful and helpful giving directions and suggestions on what to see and where to dine. Has a tiny terrace where you can gave your breakfast. I will definitely stay there if I go back to Milan.

Mr Giovanni was very hospitable to his guests. The place was very clean and well maintained. If I am ever going back to Milan, this is going to be my hostel of choice.

Pros: Wonderful eggs, toast, juice included for breakfast. Very clean. Giovani was very friendly. Wifi and computer to use available. Also, TV in the room. Cons: Someone from the staff was in the apartment 24/7 and it felt a little like we were being watched in what we were doing. It was also a little noisy, and one morning Giovani was playing music at 8 am that woke us up.

We felt very welcome and had a great time in Milano. Giovanni was both friendly and helpful and had some valuable tips for us. The hostel is very charming and fun! We loved the breakfast on the balcony. :-) Katrin & Thomas

Clean, comfortable, private rooms. The small facility provided an intimate atmosphere. The owner, Giovanni was wonderful! The people at El Paso enriched out stay greatly, we lucked out! I definitely recommend El Paso for anyone looking for a low key, comfortable yet fun place to stay.

This was an amazing place to stay! The owners are incredibly nice and they make you feel right at home. The location isn't too far from the city center so you could either walk there in like 20 minutes or take the metro which is 5 minutes away. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms were really clean. I definitely recommend this B&B!

Wonderful stay-- private clean room with everything we needed( towels, sheets, clean bathroom and clean bed). The host was incredibly friendly and cooked a great breakfast for us and we ate on his balcony that had an amazing view.

Everything is good! Really closed to the shopping district, easy to find, clean and the owner was really nice! It was more like an apartment than a hostel.

The hostel was very easy to find, close to the metro and centrale station, nearby all the shopping streets if that's your thing, great atmosphere, really clean, great breakfasts in the morning, but the best part is meeting Giovanni, the owener. He is the best! Always cheerful and lively, he is friendly and always willing to help you out with anything and everything! We ended up staying longer than we had anticipated, and on our last night he made us a wonderful real Italian dinner! Amazing!

Elpaso was a nice place to stay at, but it felt like we were staying in rooms of an apartment more than a B&B. The atmosphere felt a little awkward, but the owner seemed quite friendly and cooked us breakfast in his kitchen every morning. The only strange thing was that the owner didn't ask for our names at check in, nor did we receive a receipt or have to sign an identification form with our passport number etc. Rooms got a little cold too, but overall a nice place to stay in Milan.
