The woman at the reception CAN NOT speak English !! Not any words !!! What a shame !!!

The reception area is dirty and disorderly. The room is also dirty - carpet has not been cleaned, linens dirty and were not changed from day 1 until day 4 even though we asked the receptionist and housekeeper to change them, they did not bother at all. It seemed that they were rude, slightly pushing us if we asked for something. They don't understand English so it was difficult to communicate. The hotel itself and the staff are not tourist-friendly.

This hotel did not honor our reservation even though we wrote the day before and also paid 10 per cent a month before. I had to find an empty room, flop down on the bed and refuse to budge. There was yelling and ugliness. A man who speaks English was called who kept asking the name of the website I used and when I finally remembered hostel world he said he had no record but would let us stay as a favor even though another person would now have no place to stay.
