Just don't go here. Period. Toilet smells of sewage. No windows in the room. Stale air. Poor ventilation. Like a prison cell.

The Embassy Hotel is not a "serviced apartment" as advertised. We had 2 stays of 3 nights and then 7 nights. Our room was not serviced during either stay. However, the staff were friendly, the air con worked well, and the location was good being close to Mongkok and Mongkok East stations. I would recommend a stay of 2 days or less only in consideration of the lack of attention to room cleaning.

I felt like i had been put in a prison! suppose I am a bit wary as a single female traveller but I wasnt allowed to have a key to my own room, or the front door of the hostel. 24hr non english speaking concierge wasnt there to lock my things up the next morning so i had to go out and \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'hope\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' my stuff would be ok. didnt stay more than one night ( had planned on three) Was an experience.. badge of honour perhaps...?

Was living in another hostel before, met a traveler couple who stayed here before, and thank Jane and Dave for the recommendation. The staff couldn't be any more helpful and hospitable. The decor is top notch and the rooms spotless. Its also in a convenient location close enough to ANYWHERE in fact it is located IN CENTRE HK, underground (MTR), bus, foods, shopping are all around! ONE more thing I love about it, free internet, so that I can upload my photos I took in the afternoon.
