Great hostel! It was close to everything....only 5 minute walk to the Duomo! Don't even think about it, just book here! A little quieter then most hostels, but perfect for a busy stay in Florence and a gray place to rest your head.

ıf l should be honest, ıt was one of the best hostel which l have stayed. Everything is great except paymnt(it is quite expensive) but it was my fault if l had reserved before, price would be cheaper. And its atmosphre is great, they have some special place to gatherso that mean is that you can find lots friends there. location is wonderful because it is really so near to city centrum. l think it just takes 5 minutes from termini. Enjoy your time . Lumi thank you for everything seni seviyorum:D

Things were great despite some unfortunately loud escapades of some drunken other guests. The hostel handled things pretty well, though, and the staff was great.

Everyone on staff was friendly, especially Daniele. The bunk beds were comfortable! This location is close to the train station and really easy to find.

Originally I booked a room at Fields, but was moved to Palace upon check-in. The Palace room was nicer and quieter, but 10 minutes further from the city center.

Wonderful welcome and really helpful. We were in a different appartment, located in the centre. (as we had asked for a room with a private bathroom.) The room, like the rest of the appartment, was fantastic, the bathroom was spacious and the beds comfortable. . Just a couple of warnings - our room was just above the market. (not all of them are) so it was a bit noisy while they were cleaning in the evening and putting up the stalls in the morning. and parking is not provided.

Probably one of the best hostel I had during my trip! Cleen, huge lockers, safe, awsome staff (helpfull and the lady in the morning is like "la mama".) The terasse is really nice and help to meet people under the sun. =) The only thing I can say it is that there is nothing to cook. There is a fridge, a microwaver but you can't cook pasta! But if you go to Firenze, go to this hostel!

Fantastic place to say, great and friendly service, lovely room and adequate shared bathrooms. Couldn't ask more for more from a hostel.

There were a lot if inconsistency with different staff members giving different information. I saw them make one girl (not me) cry because of a disagreement about dates booked. Paper-based booking system allowed errors and the day guy was usually stoned which didn't help. The guy who worked the nights was lovely, helpful and seemed to have to sort out others mistakes a lot. Hostel itself was clean, cosy and had a warm family-vibe. Nice place in a good location.

it is close, safe and reasonable. I didn't like that the shower had no shelf because i had to put my stuff on the nasty floor! also the front desk guy seemed to take random evening breaks right when we needed them. it was annoying, but i would stay here again

This hostel was nice with a good location near the markets and the train station. The staff was pretty friendly and you were provided with a lock for the lockers, which was nice. The only two things that could have made it better was providing ways to be able to cook things could have been nice. Also, for staying here multiple days the three hour mid day lockout was a bit of a pain. Overall, I enjoyed the staff and the location. I would stay here again in the future. Cheers!

Must stay hostel in Florence. We stayed in a private room, which is actually in a different location (better location). There are 5 private rooms for the entire floor with a common kitchen and living room with 2 computers with internet access. Very clean and the location can't really get any better for the price. You walk out right into a market behind San Lorenzo Piazza, and only 5 min walks away from other piazzas where you can just sit and relax, people watching. Definitely recommended

The perfect setting for a romantic escapade in Florence. Our room was small, cozy, colorful and practical, with a view on the market street and Medici Capella. We were just a short walk away from San Lorenzo and Firenze Novella Station which allowed us to move around and visit with great ease. Note that that if you reserve a single room with double beds, you will be taken to a different location than the one mentioned on the website, but all legit - of course. Ideal for couples traveling.

This hostel is great! Small, comfortable, staff is cool, so is location - just 10 - 15 minutes from Duomo. It has a backpackers spirit, if that is what are you are looking for. Internet is included, so is light breakfast. Only thing that bugged me was hand-painted map of Europe on one of the walls. Seriously, take a look at it, you\'ll have a laugh - it is like a WWIII scenario :D

We have booked a twin room with private bathroom and I double checked with the owner about the booking and they confirmed. However when we arrived there they said they do not have any room with private bathroom in that building...so they brought us to another building almost 1 km far away...which to be honest, was a better place... an apartment that during our stay we were all alone.
