because of winter season we stayed in another emerald hostel which is in the via nazionale.nice staff,nice hostel,clean rooms and also excellent location.altough it was a bit cold because they just started to open conditioning in the late evening,everything about the hostel was great.the best thing is location because near to everywhere,train station,center,only after 5minutes walking you are there.and also staff were so friendly,always tried to help us.i'll definetely stay there in next tripbecause of winter season we stayed in another emerald hostel which is in the via nazionale.nice staff,nice hostel,clean rooms and also excellent location.altough it was a bit cold because they just started to open conditioning in the late evening,everything about the hostel was great.the best thing is location because near to everywhere,train station,center,only after 5minutes walking you are there.and also staff were so friendly,always tried to help us.i'll definetely stay there in next trip...Close

We found a home between the chaos in this clean, welcoming and kind hostel. Small and intimate, allowing one time to gather oneself between hectic travels. Close to major sights, a supermarket, great internet connection and awesome laundry service! The reception desk always has a friendly face, go the extra mile and are genuinely concerned with your enjoyment and betterment while in Firenze.We found a home between the chaos in this clean, welcoming and kind hostel. This was a fantastic hostel! The staff was really nice and laid back and accommodating. I ended up deciding last minute to stay a second night, and they went out of their way to make it work. The place also had a lot of unique character and lots of great people hanging around wanting to talk. The common room with free internet access was great! I would definitely recommend the Emerald mini-chain of hostels.This was a fantastic hostel! The staff was really nice and laid back and accommodating. The building is very secure. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. The rooms are very large with a lot of personal space and places to put your things.
