The reception is very kind!

Good hostel right by the trainstation. Safe neighborhood and breakfast is good.

when we arrived there, they call us to go to another hostel, which is 7 minutes' walk away. The other hostel is good.

Emerald Palace was one of the best hostel experiences I have had in a long time. It is located in a quiet but still central area, staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. There is a small Italian-style breakfast (toast, jam, coffee / tea), a fridge, free wireless internet, and lockers. My room (4 bed) was spatious, clean, and overall very comfortable. The price was also very reasonable. In sum, a definite recommendation.

the location is not so good actually, but the building is such interesting:D.everything is good,the kitchen,the environment,the elevator ..but ..the staff....the old lady is so fierce to us, she was shouting to us always. another staff told us to choose bed as we want,but the old lady finds theres some mistakes there,so she shouting to us in the morning..thats so annoying to us..and the bad experience there

The place was great, they have lockers with keys, free breakfast and the lock out keeps away the noisy people. I'd definitely go back. The lady who's there in the morning and afternoon is very nice.

Nice hostel. A bit of a hıke from the center, but not too bad. Helpful staff member on receptıon. Excellent free wıfı.

This is maybe the best hostel that I stayed in Italy. Although its small have the good and bad things, but after being in big hostels , i know for sure now that the smallest hostels are the best. The behavior of the staff are amazing , specially the woman of the morning that have patience and explain the best things to do in the city and show in the map, make you coffee and see in the interest bus and train hours for you. Its comfortable the toilets are clean and the location its very good.

Good service and good place

The staff was amazing, really friendly and they were always disposed to help you, also everything was very clean, although they dont offer free breakfast on the website, they give coffee, tea and bread for free. I didnt like that bedrooms dont have key, so everyone can go in your room, no lockers in rooms but lockers in common area which were big enough for valuables, but not for a backpack, a little far from the city center, about a 20 minute walk but you can go walking. I would reccomended it

Everything was just fine. The staff was very helpful and the overall hostel quality was good. It totally worth the money. Thanks for the nice stay!

nice hotel but staff sucks!i was with my computer at midnight and came a man and told me that i must go sleep coz he wanted to clean the hall!that sucks!and the others person of staff are not polite..emerald palace is not a good place to go..

Really enjoyed staying here - Luca(lucca) was really sweet when giving me a map and info. on Florence. Walking distance to the all the landmarks and aways but close to the bus station. Top picks for Florence. Met some really sweet people here too....

Really helpful staff

The staff at this hostel are incredible (although the night guy always seemed a little grumpy). It is not an ideal place to stay if you are interested in staying in at night and having a good time, but if you're in Firenze, you should definitely go out for that anyways! Extremely clean, close enough to the center that walking isn't an issue, and just an overall pleasant place to stay. I would definitely stay again if I hadn't made friends with people moving to Firenze while staying there :)

I love this place, both the city and the hostel! The room is very clean and the staff is really helpful!

Was a fairly good hostel, but the lock out from 11am to 2pm sucks. Don't go there if you plan to be hung over the next day.

I stayed there for more than one week. I would definitely recommand it! Nice people (especially Dona, the woman working there during the morning...she will make you your italian coffee every morning) Clean, save area, kitchen available, good atmosphere!! See u there next time!
