It was my first Hostel where I had to knock during night and dawn If I wanted to come and go but the positive the receptionists always opened this time the door however it was strange for me. In the shower there was impossible to put up the shower rose because the keeper was broken. There was facility for internet but only by internet explorer which was terrible bad. The kitchen and free tea and free coffee were excellent and good idea so as the free safes too!

The hostel was cheap (€ 10 pp double bed room, off season) AND very Good! Our room was clean as was the kitchen and bathroom. The hostel is in a quiet street and close to all the tourist things. Highly recommended. Simon

The toilet entry is in the kitchen, and one of them didn't have a light when we were staying there. There are two showers, but in the same bathroom separated by showercurtains, but taking a shower at the same time is not possible because the waterpressure is too low. Also, the water doesn't really get hot unfortunately. Rooms were clean, big windows and the beds were fine.

Overal rate: very satisfied, especially for what you get for the price. Neat rooms and bathrooms, kind staff, good facilities. Some points of improvement: 1. cleanliness of common kitchen 2. add ventilation for cooking in kitchen, cooking smell spreads through the whole building 3. lights in the bathroom (toilet) sometimes do not work (!)

The hostel does not have ventilation and was smelling bad in the days I was there. In addition, there was a lot of flies in the kitchen what made cooking there somewhat disgusting. Also, another problem occurred in the days I was there. There was some power outages in the building which burned my battery charger and cell phone charger. so, when I asked for compensation the staff said that they would not give me any, and to make it worse, they blamed me, because I used their outlet by my own risk

Pros - Excellent clean and well-equipped kitchen, free tea and coffee, free wi-fi, lockers and keys provided, 24 reception, upstairs rooms quiet Cons - Bathrooms in need of repair, plug sockets hanging off wall, downstairs rooms noisy as walls dividing from kitchen do not go up to the ceiling

The hostel staff should control the noise in the common space, it was impossible to sleep with drunk groups yelling in their rooms and kitchen. The problem is that some rooms are not in the same building as the reception and nobody wants to go out to the cold just to ask the staff to solve the problem. That's the main problem, the rest of it was the correct for the price we paid. On the other hand, the girl from the reception was very nice giving us some useful information.
