This hostel was great for our group. Really convenient but only issue was bag security storage. Would recommend this hostel to friends. :)

Emma Hostel is a good place to sleep in. Location is quite good (like 15min away from Old City on walk, really not a big deal). Place was very clean during the 4 days (slept in a private room with a buddy, shared bathroom). Private room was very simple, and considering we were in Prague I found it a bit expensive for what it was. Matress I slept on should be changed. People at reception were kind and helpful. Overall a good hostel, but just for rest.

The staff was friendly. The building itself will be very nice when all the construction work is ready. The room was really cold and there weren't any extra blankets available. the double showers isn't working in the unisex housing. I mean I locked the bathroom for showering preserving two showers at time. I also was bothered by the lock chain in the bathroom door. The chain was so long it was possible to open the door wide open.

The hostel was really good value for money, in a prime location. There is a free really good quality walking tour around the city that I would recommend, the guides are very informative. It also links to the pub crawl which is a really good way of meeting people from other hostels. We had a problem with our email accounts being blocked after using the computers at the hostel so just beware of making sure you log out etc

Travelled with a group of 30+ men and for a cheap and short stay, which was near all the bars it was perfect.

An old building, but at an excellent location. The staff were quite nice. The only problem was a squeaky bed.

The air in the room is wet and the woman isn't welcoming at all but, it has a good location. So for the human contact it is bad but if travellers don't care about that and about a funny atmosphere, it can be good

Good location and especially a good price. The facilities were okay as well as the beds. You get an own locker in the room which is included in the price.

Very cheap, pretty clean. Washrooms were kind of gross and the chill out room stunk. Staff was very accommodating. Defiantly worth it for what I payed.

The cheaper end of the market but not cheerful enough to make up for it.

Our bedding didn't smell as though it had been washed, the floor was filthy, felt like we'd walked in there as soon as the last people left. Staff were snappy but otherwise helpful when asked. The toilets and showers stank. Our food was stolen although clearly marked as our's.

Not so great hostel. It is quite dirty and has a horrible smell, sort of like humidity. It is not intolerable but it is certainly not very nice. The location is fine and the staff was pretty willing to help. Over all, it is not horrible but not great either. Don't expect too much and you'll be fine. It is good value for the money since it is so cheap.

Overall it was fine. It was perfect for what we needed: a cheap, clean, hostel in Prague. There is a computer there to access internet, and free wifi for anyone who has a smart phone, or their own computer. There was a also a small kitchen (a stove, fridge, and microwave) in case you would prefer to buy food and cook it instead of going out to dinner.

I had a very good time in the Emma Hostel, being in a 4-bed-room. The staff was very nice and helpful. Only the timing of the cleaning of the bathrooms and the check-out-time was not so well planed, when the most people wanna leave, the bigger bathrooms where cleaned and so not to use. And the small bathrooms were to less for all the people who have to use them before 10:30. My fazit: It would be more hostitable if the cleaning is after 10:30, but in all I will recommend the Emma Hostel.

Most helpful staff girl ever !!!!!!!!! Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name, but she is the blonde one who likes to play beach volleyball haha, helped us out on a lot of stuff and was very patient. I stayed in the 2 bed private room and its pretty good, nothing really to complain about

We were in a room near the kitchen, and we think that room is not available to stay there, because there is not ventilation enough. Furthermore, the sheet were really old a dirty. We think that the Emma hostel could improve if the smell was better.
