Private room for good price, not bad. Was with boyfriend but may not choose to stay there alone

Location is fine a few blocks from main area. Although no lift, rooms are clean as are bathrooms. For the price you can't beat it

The encore was good located, but was really unclean. There was a condon in the bathroom for more than a day and nobody cleaned it. The hostel doesnt has any heater, but it isn't so cold. The staff was not so friendly.

Loud music was playing until 11pm. Under or next to the hotel seems to be a big band practicing room.

I stayed for a week in this hotel. It was very loud until 11:30pm as there is a practice room for bands on the first floor. I could've live with this as otherwise, the hotel was really quiet. But on my 2nd morning, I woke up with pumps all over my arms and face and a huge bed bug on the pillow next to me. The staff was very apologetic. After trying to find me a new room for about 30min, they gave me a dorm room, not the single I had booked. I will certainly never return to this hotel.

For the price it was a passable place to stay, but i'd never like to Come back there. The atmosphere was weird and the rooms humid.
