Room was dark, gloomy, hot, airless and noisy with a faulty door lock. The worst sleep we have had in years. Staff were never there.

Enjoy Comfort is a lovely little hostel that feels more like a hotel due to how pretty the rooms are and how quiet it is. The showers are fantastic and don't even compare to other hostels-very nice. The man running it was excellent and very helpful; the only downside was he was often not there and reception was unattended. If we had any questions they had to remain unanswered until he returned which was sometimes the following day.No air conditioning so couldn't sleep very well in the summer heat

We were very happy with our stay! The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were always clean. The location is good to visit the city on both sides of the river. We received very good recommendations on places to get good pintxos. It was great quality for an affordable price.

we had some difficulty in contacting the hostel to gain entry on arrival, but once in it proved good value and we were advised to all our needs in San Sebastian... the best tapas, the best walks.
