The location of the hostel was very good. Close to everything and quite clean. However it didn't provide a lot. The wifi rarely worked in our rooms. The beds weren't very comfortable and the breakfast provided was minimal. There was cereal with no milk. The 3 beds and 4 beds room were very dim and there were no lockers.

Good thing about this hostel it´s location near the centre and sea.But our room as the hostel itself doesn´t look at all as on pictures here was dirty and walls were in very bad conditions and not painted, as well as windows.We didn´t feel corfontable,nor safe staying there and during the day we wouldn´not leave our things inside.The staff seems too be suspiciously nice and explain basic informations about staying very poorly.Also we didn´t get a breakfast, althought was included in price.

I am sorry that you did not feel comfortable and you did not like the walls because they were in very bad conditions. In fact, the walls and doors are very old but they were painted that way (trying to do it in order they look as old as possible) because we are in one of the oldest buildings in the city. And we are specially surprised when you say that didn't feel safe in your room because your room was a twin private room and nobody else excepting you was able to acces into your room (you had a set of keys to lock your room). Regarding the "suspiciously nice staff", I don't know what you mean, I only remember to talk with you about Slovakia because I have some goods friends from there. Finally regarding the breakfast we normally have bread, cereals, musli, tea, butter, marmelades, milk, coffe and chocolate. I understand that sometimes something could miss but, if you let us know, we quickly go te get more. Anyway, I am sorry if you didn't feel comfortable and would be delighted to do our best if you ever come back.

In the heart of the old town so you are close to all good night spots and pintxo bars. No common room to socialise with other people however the value for money is quite good.

No words to describe the reception by Pablo. He brought me right into the Basque culture in the very fist day inviting me to dinner at a sociedad gastronomika, Great reception from his pals at the place as well. He did everything in his power to make me and the others at home, The Hostel right in the center of parte vieja, with bars, restaurants, just outside. I finally extended my stay to 7 more days and will be back for sure!! Thanks Pablo!!

We felt right at home in Enjoyss hostel. The rooms were cozy and clean and the whole building had that typical European-hostel feel. The location couldn't be better (5 minutes tops to the beach, 3 to the bus stop, and plenty of quality pinxos within sight of the front door) and the owner is absolutely WONDERFUL. He was incredibly helpful, gave us lots of tips and was generally very nice. Also, he speaks three languages - very cool, not to mention convenient for foreign travelers.

Just a place to sleep, not a place to meet people. The mattresses are incredibly infomfortable so avoid if you're a fussy sleeper. Really good location though and well equipt kitchen!
