Envoy Hostel is like finding 20,000 dram (50 dollars) in the pocket of an old jacket. The locations is fantastic. It is close to a variety of restaurants, clubs, THE OPERA, everything. Literally. The facilities are excellent as well with a large common area, fantastic showers, and different games like wii to bring the different guest together. The letters I have left will not do any justice to describe how awesome Gevorg, Ani, and Anahit are. I have fallen in love with all three. TAKE THEIR TOUR

I'll make this succinct as possible: Wonderful; great fun (the staff and other guests were great); comfortable (central heating and atmosphere); ideal location (close to food, FUN, and architecture); Helpful and generous staff. I was traveling through Yerevan, planning one night, stayed an extra night. Thank you, Envoy!

This is a great hostel in Yerevan. The staff are extremely friendly and super helpful, which makes the stay in Yerevan so much better. The best thing about it is the free walking tour. My guide, Marine, was knowledgeable, interesting and so nice! It couldn't have been better and I wouldn't have been disappointed if I'd paid $50 for it. The hostel is in a great location within easy walking distance to everything. Wifi is free, fast and available everywhere. It's very clean. Definitely stay here.

Staffs are helpful. My flight arrive late mid-night. Staff let me rest in a room for couple of hours. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is average, but I don't expect much with this price.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Only disadvantage: bathroom was smelly (sewage smell from pipes/drains). Location is perfect. They offer very well organised tours while still the feel of independant travel. Excellent!

Peg and I have stayed in many hostels worldwide over the past 20 years. Without doubt, Envoy Hostel is our all time favorite. Free breakfast, very friendly and competent staff, and security was excellent. Most impressive is their free daily 2-hour Yerevan walking tour. Earlier we toured Yerevan with a group tour and found that the Envoy tour conducted by Anahit provided an unexpected dimension of understanding about Armenia and Yerevan. Envoy exceeded our very high Hostelworld expectations!

I am very satisfied that I did choise of this hostel. The staff is wonderfull, very helpfull. On my travel in Armenia and later in Georgia I recomended all the travelers I have met to stay in Envoy hostel in Yerevan . With so many people passing this place I admired that they could keep it so clean.

I loved the hostel. I was only going to stay for 1-night but after being greeted by Anahit and looking around, I knew I had to stay for longer. I staying for 4 nights and took two tours. I took the Essential Armenia and Enlinking Caucasus (from Yerevan to Tbilisi) and thought both were wonderful! I recommend then to everyone. Breakfast was always nice. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Location was wonderful. The free internet computers were great. Go to Armenia and stay at Envoy!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Secure, spotlessly clean, never had to queue for bathroom in a whole week, nice and helpful staff, liked the kitchen, free internet, common room, really, there was no single bad thing about it, except, perhaps the fact that the rooms generally don't have a window and it lacks some character. Otherwise, perfect. I loved the tours as well.
