Excellent service and staff. Noisy location.

One of the best hostels i have ever stayed in, great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their Armenia tours are well worth the cost and allow you to see as much of the country as possible in a short time.

Great place with very friendly staff. It is also one of Yerevan's hubs for budget travels around Armenia which makes it an excellent base for exploring the country and meet people.

Very good hostel and friendly staff. Well located, with several pubs and restaurants nearby. It´s definelly a professional hostel. They can arrange regular tours and walking tours.

The location of Envoy is excellent. You are right in the heart of the city centre. It is very close to restaurants and attractions. Our room was basic, but clean, which was what mattered. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. They organized my tours and transportation with no issues. There is free breakfast and coffee/tea. If I were to return to Yerevan, I would stay at Envoy again.

Could not have asked for anything more. Rooms are comfortable with good climate control, bathrooms are very clean, nice amount of common space downstairs. Location is perfect, within walking distance of many good bars and pretty much everything else in the center of Yerevan. Best of all, staff were friendly, fun and knowledgeable . No problems adding additional nights, arranging taxis, making dinner recommendations - anything and everything.

Especially the staff was great and friendly. They helped me a lot in organising my trip in Armenia. All the facilities were good, only the computers were rather slow, even though I think nowadays people have their own computers with them while travelling. The hostel was clean and very well located. The breakfast was delicious even though the breakfast lady usually came late. The easter meal at the hostel was a lovely surprise.

The staff was amazing. the location was good. breakfast simple but adequate. kept very clean... Would highly recommend.

Can' t be better. Just perfect. This hostel is one of the best place i've ever stayed. Even though I can't speak any Armenian and Russian, that wasn't problems because the hostel staff always helped me a lot all the thing I did in Armenia. Thanks for everything :)

Great place, in every aspect. I would just add some more hooks to a room and a bathroom.

This is definitely the best hostel experience I have had so far. The staff is extremely friendly and puts armenian hospitality on a new superlative :) they will provide you with competent answers to every question you might have concerning your travels. The hostel itself is equipped with comfy beds, super clean facilities and withing walking distance to the beautiful centre of old Yerevan. Highly recommended!

Envoy hostel had really friendly environment due to its good hospitality and especially kind and warm behavior of its staff. The hostel is suited at a good and central place of Yerevan. my husband & I were in Ensuite room.The cleanliness was reasonable.The breakfast was very delicious. The showers had always hot water with good pressure. If I again want to go to a hostel in Yerevan, I will choose Envoy again.
