The location was excellent. The apartment was o.k. Large bedroom and good beds. We had the room with the green curtains. The 3 pers. bedroom had a sofabed and a camping bed. The kitchen was well equipped, but very dirty. We didn't use it for cooking, only for breakfast. The toilet brush was black of fungi. I hope the owner who was very friendly, took my advice to hire a cleaner once in a while to scrub the place up, because is unacceptable dirty, and that for 64 euro a night. We felt very safe

It's on a very good location for visiting Vatican. Located in a nice quiet area away from all the fuss. The friendly hosts gave us a very good map of the center of Rome with direction and information what to see etc. Of course it's not a five star hotel but it's very good value for the money and perfect for visiting Vatican and Rome.

Great place to stay. Wonderful location right near Vatican City. Plenty of buses and trains going to central Rome. A supermarket near by, and lots of coffee shops/breakfast places. If you catch the number 64 bus, you can get off at all the main sights. Staff were the best! Very helpful all the time, and always here when we needed them and went out of their way to assist us, give helpful advice and make our stay even better. Great room and lots of privacy. Fantastic internet speed and connection.

The owner told us everything we need to know about Rome and all the restaurants that the locals go, including his own recommendation. He is very nice and helpful in terms of helping us get to know rome :) The room is in his own department, so it's very safe and clean. Highly recommended for budget travellers and those who are new to Rome :)
