the showers were dity..

Perfect location right in the center, walking distance to the beach. Beds are comfortable and have a curtain. Also the bunk beds are really high which is excellent when you're on the bottom bunk!

We slept in a 14 p dorm and it was crazy hot! A fan could do wonders in there!

Good privacy in rooms, good location , breakfast basic but good for being included in price, staff reasonably helpful. facilities could use a better clean but other than that pretty good experience

The guy running the nightshift was rude... and the kitchen should be improved. Other than that, no complaints.

The night staff member was very rude. There was not a great atmosphere at this hostel

It was really awesome set up the way the rooms were designed and the staff and facilities were spot on definitely would come back .

Hi everybody, the most a like of Hostel is the location, it is in a perfect place to go once of the main center of BCN, like Plaza Cataluña, el Born, Barrio Góthic.... etc. my room was just ok, i rather bigest window and if is posible open, and the step to go up my bed were very uncofortable but beside that, i ´d recomende it .

Everything was fairly nice here. The rooms are air conditioned but the main hang out area is not so it makes it so it's not that much of a gathering place which made it harder to make friends. The kitchen is extremely small and the roof top terrace is really a roof with nothing special going on. All that said, I did enjoy the hostel and would stay again. The location is perfect, security is good, and atmosphere was alright. They also have a killer map of Barcelona made by locals for free!

Great room layout, free breakfast. Very easy to reach the airport in the night. Great value for money!

Not the nicest of hostels but is in a really good location. There are some precarious bunk beds so I felt like I was living on a shelf but got used to it. I would advise bringing a sleeping bag or additional sheet as we only got one sheet and 1 pillowcase.

Having read recent reviews, I was really pleasantly surprised how good the facilities were - always plenty of hot water showers free, dressing area with mirrors and each bed has own power point, curtain and light, so the main timer light isn't as annoying as it could be. Location is the best as it is right in the heart of the old town and not far to walk to the beach, also very close to metro. The only negative is lack of atmosphere, will just be luck who you meet in your room.

It was my favorite hostel so far in Barcelona! I've stayed at 3 others, but I moved here because it is literally right on the beach. It is also still walking distance to the ramblas. One other thing I liked is each room has a private bathroom that was cleaned daily with big showers

Great place and location....only negatives is the poor night staff. The 2 males who run the night shift were quite rude. Other than that, I highly recommend!!

No exact information about additional fee for towels and bed sheets. The wooden floor in the room was making crazy noise by each movement. Very hot in the room because of tiny window.

Don't expect to sleep a lot in this hostel. After 6:00 am all you hear is people moving and throwing stuff since there's 14 in the room. In addition outside of the hostel garbage trucks, workers and many other things make so much noise that make it impossible to sleep. Location is perfect, facilities are very good. Staff is nice.

I loved the layout of the rooms, it was great to feel like I had some privacy despite being in a 14 bed dorm, however, there wasn't much of an atmosphere in the hostel, staff do not really interact with guests and it felt more like a hotel, as a solo traveller. However, it seems perfect for people traveling in groups or with someone else. The location is great and the hostel was always clean.

Great place. Breakfast is always a plus, wifi worked well, awesome location. Almost everything is walking distance & La Rambla is two blocks away!! Had a blast here. The one thing they didn't tell us was that some of the beds in the giant rooms are literally RIGHT NEXT to each other. I was with my sister so it was fine but might be interesting if solo ! Lol

The hostel is located in a great area, quaint streets, 2 min from the metro, 15-20 min walk to beach, 10-15 min from la rambla. Breakfast included which is a win. Nothing fancy but practical, rooms can get hot especially if it's a warm day/evening. Dorms have own light, plug and locker, but you need to bring a padlock! There is free wifi which is always helpful when traveling. Staff are helpful and give some good tips! Only down side is common area lacks a bit of atmosphere and furniture.

showers were dirty. staff was really unfriendly!!!!! We did not get our deposit back of 30 euro
