Stayed there for one night. Safe and quiet area, not far from the tube station. No free wifi available, it charges 3 pounds to buy a 24-hour internet card.

It's a bit difficult to find hidden behind high trees,. During my one-night stay breakfast was overrun with gaggles of high-school tour groups...so beware. The location is decent, though the layout within the larger dorms is not ideal: light switches illuminate the entire room and the bedside lights are too bright making it difficult to fall asleep when others are awake. Bonus: the water-pressure in the showers is fantastic. A decent hostel, but others are likely a better deal.

Welcoming and well organized hostel, particularly given the high volume of travellers. I found staying there very easy and pleasant.

The location is perfect, very near to the pattington station. The room is clean with bathroom inside the ensuit, but not very well in sound insulation....so it's quite noisy during night when people go upstairs and downstairs. Another little problem is it charges 1 extra pound if you want to pay by card.

The rooms were very dirty and the room was packed. There was lots of noise in the streets and lots of snoring in the room. The internet was only free for an hour and you had to pay to use the desktop computers. I enjoyed having a breakfast, but I would not stay there again. One of the ladies at the reception was very friendly even though I could tell she was really tired.

Great place to stay. Great location, clean, good facilities. No kitchen and they charge you 3£ per day for using wifi. They also have a "bar", because they sell drinks but nothing with alcohol. I recomend it a lot.

The hostel is well located and the rooms are clean enough, I would only add a kitchen for guests use. Another thing is that they charge for Wi-Fi and Internet which I don't think is fair for the price they charge a room. The rest was very good and the staff are ready to help you and they speak many languages as well.

This place is awesome! Perfect location and very cool staff, especially the Italian blond guy at reception. Close to half of London's underground and at 5 minutes walking to Hyde park.

The room is not soundproof so if there were people walking on the floor above my room or outside my room, I could hear them loud and clear. So I could hardly have a rest throughout my stay there.

Falta de limpieza!! Estamos en el 2012 y se cobra wi fi! Hay mejores hostels en relación a precio-calidad. Conociendo muchos hostels no lo recomiendo.

Excellent location, nice fairly clean room and great people. Big lockers to put your things but you have to bring your own pad-lock or buy one there. Wifi internet charges extra. Hooks or shelves in the bathroom would be HUGE improvement. stayed in a 8 bed mix dorms.

Staff gave a first rate service. Room was superb - thank you.

Lots of people in a hallway, in the breakfast room, in the elevator - as busy as any other place in London :-) Location is quite good, four minutes walking from Paddington, which is served by Circle line. Breakfast is humble (toasts and cornflakes), in the fifth morning I was quite fed up with it. Also a bit crowded, especially during the weekend. Wifi internet charges extra. Our private room was small, but sufficient and quiet. Tea and coffee in the room for no extra charge.
