Wireless internet should be free as in many hostels.

Pretty crowded rooms (8 bed mixed), good breakfast, good location. Need to rent/byo padlock for locker, same for towel. Pretty circumstantial system, extra fee if paying by credit card and maximum three payments total, even if you are a group.

Some hostels I stay in section off an area/rooms for 'professional' visitors to sleep in and not all mixed in which makes the noise issue far better. I was the only male in a room with 6 females, all tourists, half of whom went out partying until 0300hrs and then made noise when they came back in. I think it would idea for this place to have the same idea where people that really need to sleep can share with others the same. The location is amazing though and the building nice.

The room was nice- I had gone for a 4 bed room just so it would be a little quieter. Unfortunately, it seems the majority of the 4 bed rooms are right next to the wooden staircase that services all of the other rooms (I've stayed there twice, and both times I was next to the stairs, although in different rooms). Subsequently, you were kept awake half the night by people running up and down the staircases. I would recommend staying here, it's just not worth paying the extra for the 4 bed rooms.

Location was good, major sights are just a few subway stops away. The staff was nice and friendly and everything was smooth, breakfast is okay. Rooms are quite small, 4 bed-dorm bunk beds are right next to each other, so you're only separated by a small board from the person next to you. Beds were clean, while the bathroom wasn't - shower curtain was rather disgusting. During weekends it gets extremely loud at night. -So don't expect too much value for money, as you pay for the location-

Good value! There is a security guard that guards the door, those that owns a hostel room card are allowed to enter the hostel. There were lockers in the room for small bags, bring your own lock pad.Room and toilet was clean. There were head lights for each bed.Breakfast was good with toast breads, butter and jams,4 varieties of cereals, yogurt, milk, apple juice, orange juice, chocolate, coffee and tea. There is a charge for Wifi, but it was not working for the 2 days that I've stayed.Wifi should be Free!

Staff were once again fantastic, frustrating that there was SOOOOO many school kids there - annoying, loud and kind of changed the atmosphere! I would have advertised their presence as a lot of people were moaning! Also not impressed that you have to pay for wifi! Its like £3 per day!! Location was great, short walk to Paddington station/underground.

1pound additional to pay for each night on credit card payments ridiculous Very small and cramped rooms Internet too expensive (9 pounds a week) and not fast neither works well in all the rooms Noisy during the night as it hosts numerous school trips Security people rude and unfriendly Facilities dirty, the carpet in the room was never cleaned over a week No kitchen or microwave/hot water facilities even though there are but only 4 the staff Lack of laundry facilities Not a social place

Good location, close to Paddington Station. Atmosphere seemed lacking (large, multi-storey building with ?limited common areas). My 8-person dorm had a strong cigarette odour which was off-putting, but the ensuite bathroom was quite good. Disappointing not to have wifi included (although this is available at an affordable rate). Not a bad place, but I wouldn't rush to book here again.

I gave staff an average rating because some members were veyr nice and hospitable, other members, clearly did not enjoy their job, and were little help.

I had a nice stay at Equity Point. It's in a nice area, not the most central, but near a couple metro stops and right next to Hyde Park & Notting Hill. The rooms, lockers, beds and bathrooms were fantastic - best night sleep while traveling! Breakfast was also nice - more than your average hostel breakfast. Biggest complaint: NO FREE WIFI!... which even the most basic hostels have these days... However, for 3£ you will have internet everywhere. Overall nice place - I would stay there again.

Dorms very cramped. I was sick and needed a bed to sleep in for the afternoon, but no possibility of paying for half the day. so I had to pay full price for another night even though I was leaving at 3 pm. On top of that the price turned out to be higher than what I had paid for the night before for some reason.

Good one. Haven't stayed in any other hostel in London before, but seems to be pretty good value for money. I arrived and left from/at Paddington, went to a gig at Royal Albert Hall, and walked to Oxford Street, all perfectly doable by foot. Relaxed atmosphere, security staff at the doors, key cards for the room, clean, bedside lamps and enough power sockets. The downsides: wifi is not free, staff was not particularly friendly, and repeating noise at night that sounded like some pump (room 67).

For a London hostel I thought this was pretty good. It was clean and breakfast was also included which was good. The only thing I would say is that, if you are going to charge people for Wifi, then the connection should be reliable in the rooms. The 8 bed dorm was very cramped, but luckily after the first night the room only had 3 of us, so it was ok. Overall, I would recommend this place.

A little pricey but a clean, nice place to stay. No wifi and pay as you use Internet but not the end of the world!!

Nice comfortable hostel. Staff very helpful. Could have a little more in the way of cooking facilities.
