Very nice hostel. Only issue was internet access is quite expensive and it is slow (100kB/s)

Good location (specially if you come from Heatrow airport), The place are not too big, Rooms are specially small (I was in a 8 people one) but they are acceptable. Toilets are in the bedrom, they looks old but they are pretty clean. Wifi is not free (I paid 3 pounds for 24h) but they works fine (better in rooms than in the reception). I want to highlight the breakfast... It's so good ( a lot of variety with 2 types of bread for toast, cheese, yogurt, may types of fruit juice etc)

In a great location to sight see from . Within walking distance to Buckingham Palace , through Hyde Park . If you are staying in London for a few days , I would suggest buying a temporary Oyster card . London has a great public transportation system , once you learn it. Any money still on the card will be returned to you . Lots of nice little restaurants within walking distance .

I loved the stay but the only problem was they did not allow the hostelers to use even the microwave

I thought that people who worked at the reception were very nice and helpful. Must mention Carlos for his help and good advices regarding touring the city.

good atmosphere with clean and tidy room but common area is too small that eith a few chairs only, limited the chance for cultural sharing.

Ridiculous behaviour of staff living in 8 dorm which included 2 staff on mezzanine therefore actually 10 dorm. No mention of additional rules in description. No cooking facilities again not mentioned. Preponderence of noisy school children. Asked to vacate without proper reason ( despite protestations from roomates) in below freezing temperatures which l now believe to be illegal.

Equity Point London is located in the heart of Central London and therefore, very convenient for a tourist. The rooms and linen are clean and the washrooms are clean too. The breakfast is basic, but nice. There are internet and printer facilities. The staff at the front desk are also very helpful in guiding tourist about London and booking cabs etc. Overall, I had a great experience.

Equity Point is a very clean hostel and this is very important for some people who may not be able to afford more expensive accommodation. There are lockers for those worried about their belongings and the ensuite facilities are very clean and good. The staff are helpful and friendly. The one drawback is no kitchen facilities at all. This is problematic for those who cannot eat the food provided need a drink or hot waterbottle in the night or hot water for some other purpose.

This is a very large hostel. As a result, it feels very impersonal and not as friendly as smaller hostels. Lots of groups travelling here so it's kind of hard to meet people. The rooms are big, although the shower was small, and sharing one bathroom between 8 people is a little difficult sometimes. Beds are pretty comfy, and lockers are huge. Wifi isn't free. Long queues at breakfast, and toaster barely warms the bread. All in all, a very average (albeit safe) experience.

we booked a twin private and when we arrived were given a dorm room. They did not book any others into the room but the bunk beds gave the room a crowded feel so that was a disappointment. However the manager was polite and apologetic.

An excellent location, a few mins walk to Paddington and Kensington Gardens for a morning run! The breakfast is brilliant and well worth getting up for. Ensuite bathrooms are tiny and rooms a bit small for 8 bed dorm but heating was on and bathroom cleaned everyday. Bring a padlock of the locker in your room. Staff helpful and it feels secure with a doorman at night time. Definately would consider staying here again, when I'm in London, mostly because of location and Breakfast!

Very good hostel, is quite residential one. The staff were lovely, mostly of them. I had a problem with the shower but at the end they repaired it. I recommend this hostel, who's looking for travel and go around.

I've stayed at this hostel a number of times, but there are things I don't like about it. For one, not even a microwave you can use to have cheap meals. For two, these guys still charge for wifi, the only ones in the world that still do from what I can tell. The staff are still awesome though, and the rooms are fine, which is why I keep going back.
