I really liked the hostel. I was very well attended by staff. I just think it should improve the flow of water in the baths and have a lower cost access to the internet, is one of the most expensive in Europe.

it is great to have a doorman that checks keys- makes you feel more secure. we didnt get the room we booked, but we didnt mind, because it was a dorm with less people than expected

I lived in 4 bed female dorm. The room is extremely small...if you have a big suitcase, it'll be almost impossible to open it in the room. And, if you're a person who tend to be bothered by the light during sleeping, don't get the upper bed(especially the one closer to the door). There's an automatic lighting active near the door, and it'll be annoying if someone come into the room in the midnight. Over all it's not a bad choice in London, their staff are nice.

I went to Equity one year later. It s even better, Helga is more beautiful, Andreu doesnt smoke anymore, Neluta speaks a perfect english, the rooms are spot on. The breakfast is as abundant as a dinner! I ll go back again.

What an amazing time in London we had thanks to this hotel ! It is quite close to everything we wanted to see and visit, the neighborhood is very calm and safe.. and the hotel was very enjoyable ! The receptionist, Laura, was a kind, gentle and helpful person, always here to put a beam on sunshine on our day first thing in the morning by her witty comments and cheerfulness. The setting itself at the hostel was full of colour, very convenient, the tons of sofas were comfortable. I recommend it !

The bathroom wasnt realy clean. We where 3 in a 8 person room, bad luck for us we share with a group of 5 23th years old, that got drunk at the lobby of the hotel and then came to the room in very bad shape.

The staff at Equity Point were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the transportation to and from city/night life, and airport transfer etc. The room was basic but sufficient, overall very good value for money. Included breakfast was a nice addition to the package. The only complaint that I have is the shower in the room was not consistent in temperature, it would go from very cold to very hot by itself, quite annoying for the middle of winter.

Once again, Equity Point was a great stay. I'm looking for a place to live, and the staff were helpful in giving me tips on flat hunting in London. Rocco, especially, always up for a chat. The only downsides, as usual, is the lack of even a microwave to use for cheap eats. (Although, they do for breakfast, so...) Definitely a place I'd recommend.

Check in was quick and easy. The hostel looked much nicer on the outside than the inside. The bedroom was nothing special. The ensuite bathroom was poorly maintained: there was no soap in the dispenser, the door couldn't lock, and the paint and cleanliness made it seem like they just didn't care all that much about the bathroom. The mattress was thing and the pillow was as thin as a folded t shirt. Breakfast was barely okay. I will definitely check out other places when I'm in town next time.

There is no free wifi and it is pretty expensive to buy the internet card for usage.

We, that being 2 middle-aged danish women, stayed here for 2 nights.1 being a total newbie and 1 being very experienced with hostels all over Europe. BOTH of us found Equity, highly functional, wellsituated and the staff extremely welcoming, smiling and helpful. Tons of food at included breakfast, always hot showers, stabile clean beds and a very cozy bar in the basement. Highly recommendable and we will soon be back. Thanks and keep up the GREAT work. This hostel provided everything you need and more. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. There were loads of facilities including a left-luggage room, internet cafe, breakfast area etc. It was well equipped and the location was ideal.

The hostel seems aimed at younger backpackers, nice room with a self contained shower/toilet for just that room. Only one thin blanket, but warm enough in fact. Good location. Only stayed one night.

Nice place, good breakfast, the rooms are quite small, but location is excellent. Had a problem one night where a girl was double booked into a bed, which made for a rude awakening at 3am, but the staff sorted it out swiftly. Would stay there again.

And A really great hostel to stay and a very good value for money. The ensuite room was very clean with two bathrooms per six persons. The staff was friendly and helpful making the stay more enjoyable. The only drawback was the high price you have to pay if you want WiFi access.

Staff are not professional - I checked in, and than it turned out that it was a wrong room. They moved me 3 times at night because of their mistake
