So this is probably a big misunderstanding but basically a guy was sleeping in our room that hadn't booked in. He was sleeping on a top bunk in full garb minus boots.at 6pm. Around 10:45 pm he awoke abruptly, put on his boots and left the room. At 11:30pm two spanish males came into the room where the only 2 vacant beds were the one where this man had been sleeping and below him. They checked with reception and came back to inform me if we saw the guy who was in the top bunk to tell security.

There is no free wifi that made me inconvenient.

It's a good hostel in London with good location, quite close to underground station. However, the plugs for charging your devices are not enough. If you have several devices need to charge, it would become a challenge for you. Otherwise, there is no curtain with each bed. It means less privacy you can have while you lay on your bed. If you travel with a group of friends, Equity Point London would be a good choose for you. If you prefect travel along, maybe you need to think twice in advance. :)

Compairing this hostel to the others it was one of the unfriendliest. The breakfast was good and the room(8person dorm). Why no free wifi, wierd? The staff was friendly, thanks!

breakfast is terrible but considering it is free, then, better than nothing.

The rooms are really small! but the commom area, wth board games is very nice! Not very close to th subway!

There is a poor space in the room. Hard to share with seven other people. I didn't get it the shower register, water changed the temperature constantly. Too hot then too cold.

The location and staff was great!! Room was not cold!!! I would like to stay here again!!

Take care your things, I passed with my girlfriend 3 days in that hotel in one private room and the clean service always took our things. The last night my Ipod dissapeared and 100 pounds within my bagpack and the other bag had all clothing disordered as somebody was looking something of value fast!. Every day.... TAKE CARE! Staff doesnt care. If you are going to stay there, take your things with you.

Clean, cheap, and close to London-Paddington station, highly recommend for travelers who just need a nice place to stay!

Excellent location, nice people. The only bad thing is you have to pay for wifi.

Really great hostel, really near (a 2 min walk away) to Paddington so perfect if you have an early train. Seems like there's lots going on and great facilities, although I only stayed one night. The bathroom was easily one of the nicest I've seen in a hostel and they even went out of their way to make sure I got the free breakfast that's part of the price despite the fact that I was leaving well before breakfast was served. I would definitely recommend it. Bring your own padlock for the lockers.

Really relaxing and so good and easy to get to Paddington

Rooms were clean, however the bunks were very unstable and squeaky. Bathroom was small and shower head was a timed shower that automatically turns off every 15 seconds or so. The two security men I encountered were friendly and helpful, however one night there were people running around the dorms being rowdy and banging on windows for about 2 hours without being approached. Wifi is not free, no kitchen or free tea/coffee facilities available. Lift available for certain rooms only.

The staff were unfiendly and unhelpful on arrival. The Internet facilties were very high priced. Additionally to use the computers and the internet there were two separate charges. The security facilities were vary bad because there were lockers in the rooms but you had to BUY a padlock to use them. The toilet seat was broken and the bathroom was not very clean.

Good stay - clean rooms and loos, polite staff, no kicthen facilities but eating area. Free luggage holding...and only £1 key deposit... No free wifi though...

- Good breakfast and you do not need to wash your dishes. - Be aware there are no kitchen facilities, not even a microwave, so unable to heat or cook own food or make you own cup of tea. - Small rooms and bathrooms. - Expensive internet. - The hostel does take families and school groups which can detract from the travelling experience. - Location alone does not justify price. - I would not stay here again for the price that is charged.
