The hostel is simple but very clean and fit our needs.. In a 5 mixed bedroom we had 2 bathrooms inside it, and both worked perfectly... The wifi did not work well, not even in the main hall.. They have only one key per room what made us sleep with the door unlocked once the roomates had not arrived with us.. But very good! Awesome location..

Great location if you want to get out and see Madrid! Breakfast was great but they don't have a kitchen other than a microwave & fridge. Staff were nice & the common room was cool. Rooms were nice but no latches on the lockers. Pretty good place to stay!

PRO: excellent position, clean room, clean sheets, fairly nice personnel CONS: no towels, no soap (probably you can ask and pay for them separately), really small room, cheap breakfast. OVERALL: good experience if you go prepared

hostel location is great, just 1 minute from puerta del sol where is most center of Madrid. Staff and breakfast was good. hostel is next to restaurant that has tables on street and special musicians during the day. it was funny to listen them from balcony of my room while resting in hostel. i was really satisfied from my staying at madrid and hostel, i can advice to people who want to visit madrid.

If you are looking for a good place to stay in the middle of Madrid's pulsing nightlife, you will love this hostel. It is very centrally located! But remember: it is VERY noisy outside, so bring your earplugs!

Basic but clean, breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. Overall there was nothing to complain about. We stayed in a double room with ensuite and all was clean and worked fine.

The hostel is located in an unbeatable location, the reception staff is always friendly and helpful. Our room was a double-private, with a small bathroom, more than enough, the only bad thing was that it had a very dim light. The breakfast: milk, juice, coffee, biscuits, muffins, cereals... Very good!

The breakfast was poor, only sweets, there are people who are diabetics and can't eat that. Also, the people are too loud, no chance for good night sleep.

The hostel was very nice, the atmosphere welcoming. The room was very small, with not enough space to be at ease and put your stuff. Ideal if you plan to be there only for sleep and a quick shower, less so if you plan to be there any longer. However, it was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was always extremely nice and helpful when asked for advise or help. The location is just great, very central and close to everything you may wanna see with plenty of restaurants/bars/clubs.

I would suggest using tags or some way of tracking who leaves luggage in the storage room and how many pieces of it. Right now it might be easy for anybody to walk in, ask for the storage room key and walk away with anybody's luggage.

Very thin walls. If you get unlucky and you are next to noisy neighbours (or if you are the noisy one), then be sure that you will be able to listen to every single detail. Other than that, good value for money.
