Most average hostel ive stayed in. Cheep yes but no wifi in rooms on is small common area. Staff not that helpful just there to check in and out. Next time i would pay a bit more and get a better hostel.

The hostel looks like a cheap Chinese hotel and the security is terrible. They only had one key for each dorm so the room is in fact unlocked all the time. And the staff never check identity for the key. What is more terrible, the lock for the toilet doesn't work for a MIXED dorm. I feel so unsafe. For a big hostel like this they only have wifi in lobby. It is always crowded and difficult to grab a seat. Staff is not very friendly and the dishes for breakfast is very dirty. Disappointing.

The Hostel is really well located, just 100m from Puerta de Sol. Also the Price is okay. The key Management is a Little bit strange because there is just one key for the whole room and the last Person always have to lock the room and leave the key at the reception.....sounds easy, but it is not!

The hostel was in a fantastic location, you could walk to practically everywhere. There wasn't a very good atmosphere for meeting people, and the fact there was only one key per room was annoying.

The hostel has a really good location!!! It is in the middle of the city, you can walk everywhere! ;) Because of this location it is also very noisy, but this is ok.... Most of the people working there were really friendly and helpfully! Only one guy wasn´t that nice when he heard that we aren´t able to speak Spanish. But he still helped us a lot!

Booked two singles but a system malfunction got us an en suite twin instead. Not too bad for the price, but it was cold and the heaters weren't working. Good breakfast, friendly woman at reception.

No lockers (!), staff is far from friendly and hostel-oriented, cleanliness is questionable. Atmosphere and people are nice. But the price gains it all. Because of absence of lockers I moved to another hostel later.

I had very good time here!

A fine place to stay in Madrid. Not exactly the classic hostel atmosphere, but effective when it comes to offer you a nice, cheap and well located stay in the city. I enjoyed mytime in there, and recommend it.

Loved it! The hostel is located in the heart of the city. White sheets, without any exaggeration. Staff responsive and repeatedly prompted information about how best to get to Toledo and Segovia. The price includes breakfast and even that was a pleasant surprise.

Nice hostel to stay!! So many bars and clubs around the hostel, and a really nice atsmophere!! I really do indicate this hostel.

I scheduled and confirmed my girlfriend to check-in before the normal check-in time (9:30 instead of 11) but it wasn't ready. However, took her money anyways at arrival. She had to wait until hours later—1 pm—to check into the hostel. They say they are part of an international hostel chain, but most of the staff speak very rough English. The male at the front desk is rather unfriendly. There are storage spaces in the room but no locks. The shower head was broken. Good location. Overpriced.

Very good location. right in the center of madrid, close to the Puerta Del Sol metro station. The female staff was very friendly and helpful. The male ones was not so courteous. Wifi only in the common area. Terrible thing: only one key per room! We were 3 people in a 6beds room. one night the other visitors left and, without knowing we didn't have an extra key, they locked us inside. The staff should give one key per bed, since different people have different interests

Warm room + with extra blankets. Sad that there was no special mat when you go out from shower as floor very cold. WIFI only downstairs and only for 1 hour free of charge (as was mentioned at pictures all overr wifi area). There was no kitchen where you may cook anything (or we didn't found it as for three days it was not necessary) still you may use fridge. also a big + that they have elevator if you have heavy bags it will be usefull. if you need hairdryer you may take it at the reception (dep

Great value and great hostel. I will definitely stay again.

I stayed on this chain hostel the one located in London before, and it was perfect. However, this one in Madrid was very different. Feels like staying in a old hotel, I mean the building and the furniture inside. The staffs are very very NOT friendly (not all, but most of them). Also, when we wanted to use the hairdryer, they did not have it anymore. When I wanted to do my laundry and bought the detergent, they did not have anymore also. No WI-FI inside room. Location is perfect!

Too noisy.

The hostel is situated in the center of Madrid which is really great (except we could hear people in the streets yelling from 10pm to 4am). The hostel is nice, it is not luxurious but that is not to be expected in a hostel this cheap so we did not mind. The breakfast was okay too. There was only one key for our 5 bed room so we had to plan with the other person who was going to get back before the others and that was a bit complicated. Overall, I would recommand this hostel because of the price!

Great location, clean and nice room for 5 people. A perfect place to stay to visit to the city and enjoy the night life! Will recommend with no hesitation!

This hostel is a bargain hostel no more than a couple of mins walk from sol. I was in a 4 bed dorm which was cramped to say the least. It was on suite and was really good for the price. There a few small things that this hostel can improve on. Electronic key cards as at the moment only one key per room. Wifi in the rooms rather than chill out area which isn't that big. Also add some kitchen facilities. Overall good hostel to stay for short break 1/2 days.
