A very great hostel that I would gladly stay in again. The only reason for my 'good' rating under security was that my locker was very difficult to get open (I had to use another key to pry the door open) and my key broke inside the lock right as I was trying to make my return flight. I just made it to the airport in time after dealing with trying to get it open. Other than that, an excellent place to stay!

Should of had a proper bar rather than just drinks in fridge and staff not always at the bar. Should carry money in bar so you don't have to go down to reception to get your change

This is an excellent hostel, and it is inside of a beautiful building. I stayed in the 6-bed dorm and it was very nice. I really appreciated that they cleaned the room every day. It is kind if down a back alley, or at least that's how I felt when I first arrived; so be prepared. But honestly, after coming and going a couple of times I got used to it quickly and I isn't find it to be bad at all.

Really helpful staff that make you feel very welcomed and comfortable in Marrakech. Hostel was beautiful and the breakfast on the terrace was amazing! Would def stay here again on my next trip to Marrakech. Getting to the hostel the first time is confusing and scary but its actually very easy!

Hard to find, but we paid a guy 30 dirhams to help us find it (just showed someone the address after we got out of the taxi.) The hostel was absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Great breakfast and free internet! Definitely stay here!

The location is great, and the upstairs terrace was really nice. The dinner in the restaurant was okay but a lot of the options on the menu were not available and it might have been nice to mark this ahead of time.

Probably one of the best hostels I've ever stayed. Next time I'll come during summer time so I can enjoy the swimming pool. I had a great time !!!

Nice place to stay, particularly for solo travellers. Stayed there once, and, having looked at other options, stayed in this hostel once again.

The hostel is absolutely stunning - a converted riad - and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was varied and. the staff were always ready to help. Be warned, as it can be very cold in winter although we were brought a heater and extra blankets. The only problem is that it´s quite tricky to find. The cafe on the main square which was used as a reference to direct you to La Mouassine street was blown up in 2011, so look for the huge white tarpaulin with paintings stuck to it.

The hostel is particularly good for dorm rooms - if you are a couple staying in any of the numerous hotels may be a better option. All of the guys at the reception were very nice and helpful. The only exception was the the girl, who sometimes gave misleading information, and did not even have a city map upon arrival. The hostel was always super clean, and breakfast quite good (except always served a bit late). Staff (the guys) were willing to help even more than expected. It was a bit cold there

Somebody took our belongings from the fridge. Also, i think it's possible to look for cheaper desert trip in the city.

The company they recommended for the saara desert tour didn't treat my group really well, but other than that, great place. Really clean, awesome facilities.

I thought the location wasn't good - the hostel is inside the Medina, therefore no taxis or cars can get there. I had to get to the hostel by foot and, at night, it wasn't pleasant at all - it was desert and dark around the hostel.

The bathrooms were quite unclean (private bedroom ensuite) and the Hostel is located in a "unfriendly" area, where I wouldn`t recommend to walk alone at night. The taxis can`t drive you to the hostel`s door, since it`s located inside the Medina. Hence, you always need to get there by foot and it`s pretty desert after the sunset.

Bathroom shower overflowed. Although there were 'secure' locked cupboards they didn't lock properly as it looked like they had been previously forced open.

It was very hard to find, just keep going. The locals were very helpful. A few of the rooms didnt lock very well or were hard to get into. Really enjoyed my stay, would definitely go back.

This hostel was amazing. A great location and an oasis of calm amidst a city of chaos. Bang in the centre of the medina and only 3 minutes walk from the Djemma al Fna square. I thought the food although tasty was a little overpriced and the drinks even more so. I would recommend buying your alcohol from a supermarket first if you wish to drink there. Great chill out places within the hostel and a very Moroccan feel to the place.
