very beautiful hostel inside. only complaint would be that staff was not very helpful showing the facility and left us to wander by ourselves. and didn't like the locals waiting outside main entrance waiting for tourist to come up and either beg for money or harass you to show you around for money. felt the hostel should not allow the loitering right outside their door. .

The Medina area sure is a maze but you won't be having any problems in finding the hostel if you just follow the instructions given in the "Map and Directions". When you have walked it once and paid attention to the landmarks, you will remember it for the rest of the stay. The hostel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Ear plugs are recommended since the noise from the common areas might be disturbing during nights. The rooftop restaurant was a great place to meet people and socialize.

Hard to find in the beginning but that goes for most places inside medina. Once familiarized, pretty easy to locate. Big general space, nice courtyard with a view, spotlessly clean(at least in Moroccan standard I guess). Great rooftop view to chill, or a have a free buffet style continental breakfast on(simple but sufficient). Only improvement is to offer little better ice breaking stuff(events, etc). Hard to get to meet people unless during the breakfast.

The hostel was a little difficult to find thru the winding alleys especially at night... the wifi only worked in the reception... the bedrooms and beds were clean, altough there were no top sheets so you just have a big blanket which everyone uses so I'm not sure how clean and hygenic this is....? The pool and the inside of the riad were lovely but the pool is not heated so not good for winter time.

First time and wouldn't be the last one for sure ;)

This is a luxury hostel! With clean rooms, hot showers, a great roof terrace and even a swimming pool! A little slice of luxury within a very hectic medina! The only problem we had was that we had to change room 3 times for the 4 nights we were there, but the staff always have a smile on their face, and it was worth changing rooms just to keep the great location of the hostel. The courtyard can also be quite noisy if people party & stay up late, and it echoes into the rooms.

Fantastically beautiful hamam inside the Medina, close to Jemma El Fna and everything. Very hard to find because it's lost in a small Medina street, probably they should provide a special map for that. Room didn't have proper lockers. Breakfast is average. Generally clean. Concerning bed bugs, people that go to the desert usually bring them back. If they don't clean properly, it's not the hostel's fault.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel, the roof areas were lovely, the food was great, and the staff were excellent.

Hard to find, but that's part of being in the Medina! Count on walking a lot; learn to live among beggars, cripples and greedy merchants (and crowds of tourists). The food is great!

The hostel itself is quite awesome! It is big, beautyful view over the medina from the rooftop and the beds are just as comfi as in 5* hotels. BUT one of the most important things for travellers did not work most of the time: The wifi. I just can't get it. Please equity point, please please please....GET SOME WORKING WIFI!! For a hostel like this, it is absolutely essential. People have switched hostels because of that and we will too if it wont work in the future.

This is more like a hotel than a hostel , the place is huge, but in a good way. The restaurant upstairs serves great food! And the tours on offer are worth the money to have it all organised for you. The only downside would be the wifi as it isn't a very strong connection , and doesn't work at all in dorm rooms. Also a bit hard to find, but you'll get there just look out for the signs on the archways!

Receptionist was really slow. Apart from that, perfect.

Pool is amazing. The hostel is really beautiful for what you're paying. The staff at reception were pretty slow. Would stay here again.

Was hesitant to book here because of all the bed bug complaints. There were several people at the hostel covered with severe bites but luckily I received none. Beautiful hostel, well looked after.

Great ryad, swimming pool and clean room. On the negative, they checked us in nearly an hour late, and they didn t reply me about their transfer airport service although they emailed me back about price ant that the day before our arrival. Those were not big deals,so we are satisfied about our stay, after all

This hostel is huge! It has an awesome set up/atmosphere, but unfortunately some of the people we were traveling with experienced bed bugs. They were not in the first floor room I stayed in, but I do know some people that got them. Regardless, we would stay at this hostel again once that got cleaned up because it really was great.

The breakfast is great! I like they serve mint tea and fresh orange juice. Sometimes they serve scramble eggs too. They have swimming pool, which is good for a hostel. They have many sitting area around the building where you can relax. The building and the interior is really Moroccan style.
