Excellent hostel with excellent facilities (swimming pool, rooftop bar) right in the middle of the Marrakesh medina. Relaxed and laidback atmosphere: a great base for exploring the souks! Beds in the private rooms are very good, matresses in the dorms are a bit on the soft side. Be sure to eat in the hostel as the food is very tasty! Recommended for a stay in Marrakesh.

The location is perfect, very close to Place Djemaa El Fna. We really enjoyed to relax by the swimming pool or on the terrace after a day spent in the 'souks'. We would surely recommend Equity Point to our friends coming to Marrakech

Excellent hostel smack dab in the middle of the Marrakech medina! Easy to find when you use the directions provided at the hostels own site. Equity Point has very good facilities (the swimming pool, roof terrace and bar come to mind), although the breakfast options are a bit bland. We had some trouble with hot water in our spacious and luxurious twin bed room, but the staff made sure this was fixed fast. In short: when you stay in Marrakech, stay at Equity Point!

Very nice Hostel, well located and well organized. It offers a lot of facilities, like daytrips to the cities around and to desert also. The staff is very cool and trusty. I would definitely come back!

Great hostel with an amazing swimming pool. One of the only places where you can drink alcohol at their rooftop bar/restaurant. The only problem is that the rooms even though they have an a/c unit get pretty hot.

Most beautiful hostal i've stayed in! (and i've visited a lot all over the world) Feels like a 5 star resort. Full kitchen available, quite airco in rooms. Wifi connection could be a bit better from the rooms, but good connection in common areas. It's a bit hard to find, but a true hidden treasure!

i'm 90% certain my Iphone was stolen in the Hostel and I don't think they had Wifi (could be wrong as i no longer had my phone). the internet was 3 incredibly slow computers and the printer wasn't working. Also for a solo traveler it seemed just too big without much atmosphere and poor local info (no maps which are desperately needed there). That said It was quite a clean and beautiful place.

A good hostel, though it might be a fading star if the owner don't start taking better care in details and makes it feel more "new"again. I missed some atmosphere, and it might have something do to with the staff. They did what was expected - but no more. A bit boring and disappointing breakfast - small amounts of orange juice, only one spread (orange jam). Still plenty of pancakes and coffee. Great cleaning and location. I might go there again, but am not certain.

Really good hostel in an excellent location. I reccommend getting a transfer to the hostel as otherwise impossible to find on first visit to Marrakech. Lots of activities to do at hostel if wanting a quiet break from the city and really friendly, helpful staff!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, more of a hotel to be fair! Nice swimming pool, clean dorms and amazing roof terrace. Also Nabil from the night staff is a top guy - take him for a drink and let him show you some cool places!

Excellent, excellent hostel. Very clean, with modern bathroom facilities (i.e. not a shower head in the middle of the bathroom with no stall... instead, an actual shower!). The rooms were well maintained, beds were comfortable, and hostel was beautiful. Beautiful courtyard and rooftop terrace, great group of guests, great swimming pool! Like staying in a 4 star hotel (almost!). Free and great breakfast the morning we arrived and secure luggage storage until we could check in.

We think that the staff should have more information about trips around Marrocos, such as how to get to Fes from the desert. We are really satisfied with the breakfast. The Internet should work even in the rooms. We had a problem with bed bugs in one of the beds. The staff moved us to another room, but they didn't seem worried about.

Lovely staff! Very helpful and multilingual haha:) Nice breakfast, nice hostel, it was HEAVEN! I'd definitely come back! Wish I can do it soon. The only problems were that: the bedroom doors didn't lock from the inside, the internet on the computers next to the pool didn't work at all, and we found 2 cockroaches in the bedroom. That's ok, we are not preppy people whom can't leave without internet and freak out about a little cockroach... I'm still definitely recommending the hostel to everyone!
