The hostel is amazing. The bedrooms were a bit small but everything was new. The swimming pool was great! The location is good, some 5 minutes from the main square, the only thing is that is a bit dificult to find it cause all marrakesh is a maze, but still, very well located. The staff was very nice with us, the restaurante was good and cheap. I REALLY recommend this hostel, if I ever come back i'll stay there, for sure!

More like a 5-star resort with dorms than a hostel really. Perfect place to come home to and relax after exploring the chaos of Marrakesh.

Good hostel in general, however don't book the waterfall excursion here. It sounds nice, but the bus stops VERY often along the way at various places where they're trying to sell you stuff. The waterfall is only 2-3 hours away, but we spend 8 hours getting there because of all these useless stops.

big hostel. It nice and huge, but we had better time at another smaller hostel called Layla Rouge, which was better located, nicer and cosy atmosphere... and half of the price of the Equity Point...Well, if you want a swimming pool, that Equity point offer and Layla Rouge don't... but we did not use the pool at all... There is many other nicer things to do outside in the Medina...

Awesome! Never seen an hostel with swimming pool, spa, terrace with view on the city! Staff very kind even if not so well organized in my case. Rooms are clean and the bathroom with everything is in the room. Is very closed to the square Djemaa el-fnaa, but is very difficult to find. However giving 10 dirham to the first kid you meet in the street you can easily get there!

The most fabulously beautiful hostel I've ever had the fortune to stay in. What a find. It was an absolute joy from start to finish and I shall certainly be staying again. The staff were fantastic, the cleanliness was amazing, the decor was stunning and the position (down a back street in the heart of the Medina) just gave it the most brilliant atmosphere. A true oasis

They were very accommodating when we had reserved beds for three nights but cancelled one of them because we wanted to do the desert tour. However, they were a bit disorganized with getting us checked in and having enough keys to the room for all the guests.

This is one of, not only the best Hostels I have ever stayed at, but one of the best places around the world, Period. The Hostel was amazing, with a great little pool in the middle of the court yard. The breakfast was great, we ate on the terrace and hung out in the sun. Great lounging areas for hookah or tea, and the staff was unbelievable. Not even the slightest hint of an issue at this place. Location was great, and the price is unbeatable. #1 place i've ever stayed at.

I tried requesting an airport confirmation from Zakis or Zak zak several times without any reply. No one was at the airport to take us to the hostel even after we finally received a confirmation from Albert, in the Spain office. There were no linens and we had to ask 3 times within the hour for someone to finally take the iniciative and get us linens. There was also no toilet paper and the shower had pubic hairs left over from the last person. There was often no one at the front desk at night.

Enjoyed my stay! I would suggest to add bathmats to the bathroom - there's nothing to dry your feet on and one can easily slip and fall etc. Also, the room locker doors are really hard to pry open and effectively useless.

Excellent hostel! 1) Great location, located right in the heart of the medina. 2) Great atmosphere, you meet a lot of interesting people willing to have fun. In addition the place has common areas like a restaurant (which sells wine). 3) Secure. The rooms have safety rooms. 4) Clean. 5) And very good value for money. Highly recommended. As a suggestion to improve, the internet was not working properly while my stay...

Great hostel, excellent value for money. I would advise the guests to memorize the way to the hostel as it is very difficult to find. My advice to the hostel would be to design a map that describes in details the way to the hostel. Except that, excellent, would definitely come back.

This was the best hostel I have ever stayed in. We met the most awesome people. Breakfast was great and you can enjoy it from the roof terrace. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond.....except for Zach, he was the worst ; ) I will recommend this hostel to anyone traveling to Marrakech.

The services provided in this hostel equal those to a hotel. The building is superb, the hostel staff is very hospitable and kind, and the restaurant is quality for price.

This is awesome place to spend some days or week in Marrakech! It's the biggest hostel i've seen:) So huge and gorgeous...but the most important is the atmosphere! Every day there are a lot of young people, you can meet lovely new friends from everywhere:) i did it! The staff are really smilie and kind...just ask them for everything. So...if you want to stay in Marrakech, just go to Equity Point Marrakech! It's gonna be amazing time!

Excellent hostel. The staff was some of the most helpful hostel staff I've ever seen. Booking events, excursions, and rentals was taken care of (like you'd normally expect), but the front desk helped negotiate prices and terms and explain how to get the most of your money while in the city. Fun, safe and clean. Great service for our group of 9. If I go back to Marrakech, I'm staying here again.
