The hostel is nice, but needs a little update. Anyone can walk into the hostel, my friend walked to my room to meet me with no bother, so security needs to be more secure. For the hostel itself, its overpriced, but that is partly due to location.

A good hotel in a great location. We had a double room which was really clean. Although it looked out onto a brick wall and small inner courtyard area, this actually meant it was really peaceful and dark in the room which made it perfect for uninterrupted sleep (a rarity in New York!) The staff were helpful, breakfast filling, and the decor simple but modern. We had a really good stay.

Very close to Times Square. Perfect for visit main places in Manhattan. Subway just in front of the entrance, very very useful. Nice Staff. Poor breakfast, need to improve. Bedroom was quite small. Good quality/price.

Located next to Time Square and 5 mins walk from Port Authority Bus Station (ease of travelling around NYC and to JFK airport). Place is clean, receptionists were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, slightly narrow due to being in Manhattan Midtown Breakfast was slightly disappointing. No restock of danish and bagels were hard to chew.

My stay was good and I'd stay again. it is surprising though that they didn't have some restaurant recommendations for the area. The guy at the desk actually recommended the Red Lobster for dinner. he said he wasn't from nyc. still. com'on! for real?

The best location. Rigth in Times Square, 2 blocks from the bus to JFK airport in 42 st Port Authority bus Station, 1/2 block from tourist buses hoop & of.small rooms, no space for luggage, bathroom in the room can be good for some people bu lack of privacy can be uncomfortable for others. But for the location I strongly recommed this place for NYC. Breakfast included very simple but ok.

The shared rooms are small but fine. I don't think too many people are in NYC to relax and spend time in the room anyway. The main complaint is security. There aren't lockers in the rooms to guard your things. There are safety boxes but wont fit more than a passport. I had to check in early and they said they would keep my stuff-they just put in the hallway, open for anyone to take or go through. When i picked it up there wasnt anyone at the desk and i just took the bag-nobody stopped me

Outstanding location, right at the place you need to be to visit New York. Fantastic free breakfast. But, some of the staff members were not looking so happy to work there, not all but some. Also, it would be much better to provide here on this website a price including all taxes, to avoid unconvenient surprises when arriving at the hotel reception.

stayed for 8 days. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was pleasant and very clean, and location is amazing- right on Times Square, very close to subway and the airport shuttle. Close to theaters, simply great. For anyone who can\'t afford a fancy hotel but want to stay close to the action in a very comfortable place- this is it.

Hostel is located in the Times Square area. Not really a pleasant area to hang out in but it is very central. You're directly across the road to an entrance to the 7th ave/42nd street subway that a lot of lines pass through. This made it super easy to get around. I think this is the real plus for this place. Rooms were clean. Lock didn't work on the door to our ensuit bathroom however for the most part this caused no issues. The breakfast provided was basic but nice to have.

The hostel is very nice, it is on a great place, blocks from Times Square. The staff was very gentle. The breakfast is ok, it is not something wonderful but it worths the price ytou pay. The hostel gives you sheets and towels (something good) and each person has its own secure box. The only bad thing is that rooms are quite tiny, they have space for the beds and not much space for your bags, when we were 4 with big bags it was a bit complicated, but not impossible!! 100% recommended!
