At first the Hostel seems to be cheap, but they charge you for everything! Internet = expensive! Bedcover = pay money! But it is located very very good! ON THE BEACH! Yeah! Very nice! So you have to decide what is more improtant for you.

I've stayed here twice - purely for the location. Both times, it's been really noisy after 10pm and the staff don't seem to do anything to shut the revelers up, despite them being outside the dormitories.

Excellent location in summer, right on the beach. During the winter it's a bit isolated as not much happening at the beach. Staff are great, it's very clean with free wifi and breakfast. Only negative would be that you have to pay extra if you want a blanket or towel. They only provide a pillow and sheet.

We didn´t had hot water, some people in the reception are very nice, others not so much.. And there is a lot of noice because you can hear from one room to another.

Empfang war sehr herzlich; schade war, dass das Zimmer ohne Fenster war. Lage war suuuper, direkt am Strand.

If you're just looking for a central place to sleep (i.e. something cheap and basic) this is the place for you. The walking tours organized by the hostel were great. Like many others have mentioned, you can hear people talking in the other rooms at night. However the night desk guy was pretty vigilant at telling loud / drunk people arriving late at night to either quiet down or go outside, which I really appreciated.

The hostel was in the perfect location. Right on the beautiful Barcelona beaches, down the block from all of the best clubs in the city, and in close enough proximity of transportation to go see all of the sights Barcelona has to offer. The staff was really friendly and helpful, we actually wound up hanging out at the front desk for a little bit and talking with the worker. The computers were convenient, and the security was really good. It was a great place!

The hostel was in a fantastic location, sadly i arrived at night and it was a very scary place as i was constantly approached by groups of men. The room i was in was a bit shabby bit clean. There was a nice bathroom and a very large bed, i was surprised it was so big. Now i know where to find it i will be returning and will recommend to friends to visit it.

Great hostel! Right on the beach. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The bathrooms were quite clean. The breakfast was simple but it was free so no complaints. The only problem was that the internet wasn't working all weekend, but otherwise, we had a great time here!

I found the staff very helpful The location is excellent because this hostel is close to a lot of fancy restaurants in plaza del Mar next to the beach. The hostel is well connected with all the parts of Barcelona. I think this is the place to visit as part of a bigger group because there are 6 beds in one room and you may need intimacy. The first night I spend I was very excited because my roommates were girls. Things changed on Friday when my roommates weren't clean and the noise was extreme.

GREAT LOCATION - right on the beach!! However rooms were a tad small (8 bed) and quite noisy between rooms cause the walls did not reach the ceiling (gaps at top). Staff were fairly helpful but could have been more welcoming and friendly!.

Fantastic staff (very helpful) and location. But the bathrooms were not cleaned very often. They had no windows so everything was always wet after a shower.

I dont have anything good to say about the hostel except their location was good (next to the sea but far from everything). Some things I didnt like: Walls between rooms dont reach the roof so you hear everything that happens in the other rooms; the restrictions on being barefoot (they refuse you entry if you dont have slops/shoes); staff give such a hard time if you dont have your pass to get in, even if they've seen your face before; no stove/oven, poor common area. Not staying there again

everyone says it, but has to be said again : it's a huge rooms separated by walls that don't go all the way up to the roof = NOISY! bad beds, thin and hard and worn down mattresses. my bed was also totally wet when i got there, but luckily i could change within the room. but seriously, you pay only for location and that's what you get. just roll out of bed and onto the beach. though we can't recommend THAT beach. (take local train to ocata or sitges, TOTALLY worth it!).

This hostel is in an amazing location if you're looking to hit the beach. The facilities were pretty standard for a bunk-bed style hostel, everything was clean, and the staff were very helpful. I wasn't a fan of the luggage room--it's just one room with everyone's bags thrown in on top of one another. Luckily there are plenty of large lockers in the rooms and in the halls.. There are bar crawls and tours available for an extra fee, which are a fun way to meet fellow travelers.

The walls of the room don't go up all the way so everyone's rooms are connected. This made it extremely difficult to sleep, for us and everyone else there. I also didn't like that you had to buy sheets but they only give you a sheet and no blanket.
