Beautiful location right across from the beach. Best way to wake up each morning and have breakfast (which is included and got a good selection) while watching the ocean. Amazing :) staff are very friendly and always willing to help and more then happy to speak in English as well. I definitely recommend :)

It was a terrible experience. I hadn't noticed when booked in hostelworld that only bottom linnen was included. I could never imagine that covers are not included. You pay 2eur and are really thin. The dorms are awful and cold. Really dirty. There was noise all night besides everything. It is very very bad. Don't stay here.

No atmosphere, you're paying purely for the lover ion which is brilliant. Dirty as hell and way overpriced.

Great hostel, 10 min walk to la rambla lockers for your bags, fairly clean, secure locker rooms to leave your bags when u checkout or before u check in, free breakfast was great. Overall was more than a positive experience. (Just get a lock for the locker in your dorm, or buy one from them for 2 euros i think. And a blanket if u need one when u sleep)

The best: Location, just a step to the beach. The worst: Staff not friendly, and cleanliness.

Meh. The only thing this place has going for it is the awesome location right on the Barceloneta Beach. Other than that the room is basically like a jail cell. No windows, weird lighting, partial walls so you can hear everything in all the rooms, and small uncomfortable bunk beds. It's overpriced for what you get on my opinion.

It was great a lovely place to stay right by the beach but need a better communal place to relax with of hostel mates

Right on the beach. Amazing for the price. Good set up with charges at every bed. Good wifi

- no working water boiler, could make tea only with luke warm water - I wonder if they ever clean the weird bed over the ensuite bathroom

The hostel is filled with people who only want to party. They are inconsiderate about others. The only good thing about It is the beach. But for the price, the breakfast isn't good, the beds aren't good and the rooms are quite small. There's a 9th bed in some rooms that is impossible to get to.

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Walking out the front door right to the sea was perfect! Also walking distance to many restaurants, historical sites, metro station and night life. Definitely check out the "made-by-locals" map, helpful info and even gives discounts to local business. The front desk staff was also incredible - so kind and more than willing to help you navigate BCN! Highly recommend this spot.

Definitely paying for the location! Hostel was dirty and quite basic. It says 6 bed room but the walls between each room don't connect to the roof so you can be disturbed by people in the other rooms. Recommend it for two nights so you can leave your valuables in the room and have a care free day on the beach.

More similar to a carcel than an hostel. It is a pity because the position is good. If you need to sleep few hours in the night, better don't choose this hostel. This is 1 of the many reasons for wich we will never go there again...

The only good thing about the hostel was the location! For its facilities and cleanliness the hostel was highly overpriced. On arrival you are only given 1 bedsheet to sleep with rather than a sheet to sleep on and a sheet to use as a blanket. This would've been fine if it hadn't been for the fact that the bedsheet provided was dirty and full of stains. Security seemed ok until the girls in our dorm claimed that some of their stuff had been stolen.

DO NOT STAY HERE When we saw the location we thought this hostel would be great for us, after not sleeping for 6 nights I regretted this decision. This is not very cheap for a hostel especially if you are paying for a 9 bed (or less) dorm, the walls separating the dorms are not complete this means that any light or noise in any of the rooms is essentially in your room. It is not a 9 bed room but more a 34 bed. Reception did little to help us. Breakfast is average. Not worth the location at all
