The location of this hostel is amazing! Just at the base of the Errigal Mountain, it's very easy to go climb it and still coming back for tea in the Hostel! The facilities are great. Nice rooms, huge and very warm showers, large kitchen, space for everyone. Definitely a great place.

Very helpful staff. The hostel is spotless. Providing breakfast was an added bonus. This hostel is one of the best in Ireland.

On the hostels website should be a notice that there is absolutely no public transport to the hostel. The closest bus station is cca 3 km far. It is strictly recommended to have a car (car hire companies are in Letterkeny and one in Donnegal town). For backpackers without car inapt hostel. We came to the hostel by taxi from Dungloe and back to Gortahork take us Karl, the housekeeper of the hostel. Thanks to him very much. Aleksander.
