Beautiful location. The common room/dining area has beautiful views. Everything felt clean. The room was nice and warm despite the cool damp weather. Rent-a-towels were good quality. Staff was very helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants. We stayed in a private room ( 3) with our own shower, It had no shelf to put soap/shampoo/etc that would have been helpful.

Errigal Hostel is well located at the base of the mountain and only 25 minutes' drive from the Glenveagh National Park. Not much to do in Dunlewey, so you need to go to Bunberg or Derrybeg to get something to eat. Was not impressed with the cleanliness of our en suite room. Toilet would not flush in the bathroom, and the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned very well. The room was cheap, which we obviously enjoyed, but I wouldn't stay there again..

Everything was superb, especially the amazing location, cleanliness and friendly staff. The only drawback was very poor quality of wi-fi, actually it was impossible to use it with that weak signal.

Can't fault this hostel, first time here and hopeing to return in the summer. Nice friendly place with a good kitchen and clean. Must be one of the best locations for a hostel in Ireland if you like scenery. This is one for walkers more than party animals.

Very clean and comfortable and we got upgraded to a better dorm when the room we'd booked had been taken. Very pleased.

The location of this hostel is amazing! Just at the base of the Errigal Mountain, it's very easy to go climb it and still coming back for tea in the Hostel! The facilities are great. Nice rooms, huge and very warm showers, large kitchen, space for everyone. Definitely a great place.
