Great hostel! The staff is very friendly, and extremely helpful in helping you plan your outdoor activities. Our group arrived at the hostel with no plans at all, and we ended up going on a tour of the area (waterfalls, lakes, and thermal baths), going canyoning (hiking through canyons and rappelling down waterfalls), and climbing the Volcán Villarrica. The staff helped us with every step, and the tour agencies pick us up at the hostel for every excursion. Overall a fantastic hostel experience!!

The Atmosphere is excelent, the Hostel is very confortable, beautiful dogs, sweet staff (the cleanner woman is great)!!! The neighboorhood is very good. One complain: the Bathroom is not very good: two showers and one vase, but only one person can get in the bathroom because there is only one door.

Nicely run. Nice outdoor area. Not a long walk from the beach or town.

To be honest it was one of the most disappointing experiences I ever had in a Hostel. First of all violating the term "Eco Friendly" in a manor I have never seen in my life. In most other ratings it is claimed to be “very clean” – something that I definitely cannot say I experienced. But by far the most disappointing experience was the attitude from the staffs. From first checking to the time we left the Hostel there we were met with a bad attitude and lack of helpfulness from a staff.

This hostel is on the avarage. Good location, supermarket close. Rooms are big, but are in need of maintenance. Website pictures show you something much better than it really is. Staff is not always available to help you.

The hostel is a very large old house. Makes the place feel very homely. Great pool, and pool table, kitchen is only just big enough. Main drawback was a significant lack of toilets/showers for the number of beds available. This meant often waiting 30 or 40 minutes for a shower or toilet. Overall certainly reccomended

Although we really enjoyed our stay here, it was because of the people we met and not the hostel. There was no a/c and it got really hot in the dorm. The freezer is broken, and I wouldn't like to know when the fridge was last cleaned, not that we could fit anything in there. There are 2 Newfoundlands which aren't well trained and swim in the pool. Showers weren't clean. That said the staff were nice to talk to and were helpful.

This place was great, very friendly and helpful staff and the overall vibe of the hostel was very relaxing and welcoming. It has great places to hang out both inside and out with a pool that is perfect after a long day of activity.

Stayed here in Pucon for 4 nights. The hostel was a little amazing house, cosy and relaxed. With two big dogs and a nice pool.

Hostel smelled musty and bathrooms just smelled. Hostel is dark, and walls are thin ensuring that even in a private rooms noise from other people talking will keep you awake. Staff were indifferent. Only 2 of the burners on the stove work. All in all, it was OK as a place to crash but I'm sure there are better options.

the idea of eco hostel is good, but the place would need more management attention. The hostel feels a bit cold and not very welcoming. there are better places to stay in pucon
