Great space, lots of garden, a pool room and a really nice lounge with a warm fire. Hot showers, comfy beds, close to town - this is a really good hostel, it was a bit quiet while we were there but if there were lots of others staying it would be great fun.

Really nice hostel, just not very organised. Jose was cool and very helpful but I think the owner really needs to hire somone to help when Jose isn't there. I had to answer the front door a couple of times when there was no staff around. Don't get me wrong its a good place to stay I just wrote that hoping the owner reads it.

Loved the hostel - large, well-stocked kitchen, huge backyard, area available to watch TV and relax near a fire, place for playing music and staying up late without disturbing other guests. Overall very comfortable stay.

Great weekend in Pucon! We came with a big group of 14 and the staff at Etnico helped us plan all of our day trips and were very knowledgeable about the area in general. The house was always warm, in all aspects. Loved the big doggies! On saturday we all chipped in and the staff put on a barbeque on for us, Jose makes the dankness! It was just a wonderful stay overall and I would highly recommend this Hostel to anyone! Thanks for a weekend Etnico!
