Euphoria is a very relaxed, friendly hostel set in central Tallinn right near Old Town. It features a movie lounge, free Wi-Fi and shisha pipes, while one Hostelworld guest told us they enjoyed their stay here so much that it 'makes me want to travel more'. Other visitors have said the staff are 'great people running the hostel with creative ideas happenings like movie and music nights with an excellent opportunity to meet locals, students and other guests'.
