Some problems with the heating but ok for the rest. Location and price good, being london. Bring your own towels.

So much mould!! In the bath and in the room. The first shower- yes, now I know the taste of mould.
The breakfast was a ordinary one. Toast with jam.

About Torquay Hostel
Torquay Hostel is located near the Bayswater/Paddington areas of London and has been recently taken over by London Hostels Association.
There are a variety of rooms from 2 bed private to 6 bed dormitory. Many of the rooms have en-suite and mini kitchen facilities including fridge and cooker.
The hostel has a dining/study room and TV area with large screen TV, there is also a 5 screen Internet cafe in the patio.
Nearby Bayswater is a bustling area with lots of shops, cafes, bars and clubs. Notting Hill and the famous Portobello Road, with its antique and souvenir shops are only a short distance away.
Torquay Hostel is only a short walk or bus ride away from Kensington, Little Venice, Hyde Park and Paddington
SMOKING is not allowed in any of the rooms at Torquay House.
Please note: due to substantial losses we do not provide pots and pans in the rooms or Kitchens but these can be loaned from (and returned to) reception. Crockery and cutlery is also available in limited quantities.
