Comfy beds in spacious dorms. Big common area with great kitchen and tv. Great breakfast included. Is a huge hostel, kind of like a hotel. Really close to train station and walking distance to many sights

I thought that this hostel lacked the personality/character that smaller hostels have because it is so big and impersonal... however, for a city hostel it has a convenient location, good service and exceptionally tight security which you want in a city like Glasgow since it's a place where they don't serve glass bottles anywhere after midnight and wont hand out darts for their dart boards after 10pm because of the reputation of the Glaswegians...

This is a great hostel located close to Glasgow Central. Check in at 3 is pretty weak but the staff is still nice and had a secure luggage storage while we waited. Also have internet access. The most frustrating thing about our stay was that our shower did not work at all and after a long day of travel a hot shower is all I need. Not sure if our experience is the norm.

The attitude of the nightshift staff would most definately stop me from using this hostel in the future.

it was very noisy up until nearly five in the morning each day, so I wouldn't really recommend it if you need to get some sleep, but on the plus side the staff were very helpful and friendly

Very well located hostel :) The lockers in the room do not lock unfortunately BUT have nothing bad to say other than that. Enjoyed stay.

Room was ok but nothing special. All the typical signs of a place that's in need of attention, dripping shower in room, broken lockers, paper thin walls etc. Charging for services like luggage storage and wifi is rediculous, getting a wifi code with a drink from the bar doesn't mean you can advertise it everywhere for "free". Breakfast is ok and it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and most of the action. If anything this place takes advantage of the lack of other options.
