Didn't have my booking on the system, so ended up with a double room with a tiny bed that was falling to bits.

There was a man knocking on our door in the middle of the night and said he maid an appointment. We was really scared. In our shower ther was water running out on the floor so we could only shower for a short time.

The hotel is located near the Wembley Central station. Room was not very clean and there were no face towels nor bath mat. The bathroom was really cold.
