No storage lockers and I had to leave my luggage out in the open. Also there are no keys to the room, meaning its always unlocked.

Good hostel with great price. Good place to sleep, not really to party. But overall a great bargain for backpackers.

This was the most terrible hostel experience of my trip. I will never ever come to this hostel or others like this. First of all, the price showed is not actually the real price. Then when we check in the staff was very not friendly at all. The most terrible is our room was filled up of watter because of toilet so our shoes and bag were wet ! When we came to reception for explain and compensation, the staff was very very very rude, even said we can call the police, he would scare at all.

No bed cover, the light switch was outside the door. nothing in the room except a double bed. I had to put my clothes on the floor which didn't look very clean. There was no balcony. The breakfast consisted of a coffee. The man at the desk was very creepy making me feel very uncomfortable. I had to go and ask for a towel then shower in a bathroom that stank of pee! buzzer didnt work. so waited outside in the dark at midnight for at least 15 mins.

Cleanest hostel I've ever stayed at. They give you a towel, soap, and the wifi was good. My only complaint is there's no lockers, and the room has no key so theoretically anyone could just walk in. Breakfast was so-so, basically just coffee and toast, but for about 10 euros a night I thought it was a great deal! I definitely recommend it and I'd stay here again, I just wish they would put some lockers in the rooms..

I only spent one night at the Euro Inn, because I needed to take the shuttle to the station very early in the morning. For that, the hostel is perfect! It's not too far away from the station. There's quick Wi-Fi, which I also appreciated. The staff was friendly enough to give me a map of the city and to call a taxi at 5am. All in all, I'm happy with my stay there. The fact that the bathroom was a state and that there was noise in the dorm until late was more my bad luck of having bad roommates.

Actually is a good place to stay for a short time and walk distance is around 15min to central rail station (Milano centrale)so if you have flight early morning you can walk to central station, then from there is to many direct shuttles to any airports Milano,Bergamo...every 30min,that's good point. And will be nice if the staff would be bit more friendly...in general everything is fine

This is a proper hotel! Even with shared bathroom, the rooms are simply beautiful, cosy, and a good place to rest. The staffs were nice, they showed us some places to go. We love the rooms, simply beautiful. One good point, the hotel is not so far from the metro station.

Everything was okay in terms of facilities, especially in terms of how much money we spent. However, the staff was the rudest I'd ever encountered and wasn't very helpful when we asked for directions, etc.

Staff was friendly, but I feel that I missed out on the meetup potential. I kind of wanted it to be a hangout spot, so I could meet others and make some new friends. Could also have been the time of year, too. All is not lost; the hostel was clean, easy to find, and staff was friendly.

The desk service was rude, the room was not ready and the linen cleaner was blamed as being troublesome, and the security system involved locking our bags in a staircase that led to a dark basement. The location was awful, in a bad area and far from everything. After a few hours we were told we couldn't stay and other guests were blamed, and were then asked to pay for our stay in Milan at Euro Inn even though we were changing hostels!

Tough to give a rating since they overbooked and didn't email me to let me know until late the day I was scheduled to arrive. I was already on the train from France and without service, so I never got it. They did put me up in a similar place but it was across town and I had to pay to take a cab at 11pm in a city I had no idea how to get around. I will not be booking with them ever again.

Note that the "Breakfast included Taxes included" is misleading. You must also pay 2.5 Euro tax per night and 1 euro for breakfast. They charge You a fee for credit card, no kitchen, no common room.

The building is fine actually, but I think the staff is the worst I've met. They were rude, unfriendly and they try to ignore the guests by smoking or hiding behind the desk or in facebook (when we have wifi). The place is also pretty far from city centre, and the toilets and showers are disgusting and dirty. The problem perhaps is that there was one toilet and shower for 3 dormitories with 25 people. The rooms were small but clean and with a little balcony.

Close to the metro station and easy to get around. It's rather clean and the staff is ok. However, this is a cheap place to spend a night rather than a hostel to socialize. Breakfast is rather poor, but I do not mind too much, given how cheap a place costs. They offer you linens, towels and soap. There's free wi-fi. There is no common room, kitchen or anything like this.
