Note that the "Breakfast included Taxes included" is misleading. You must also pay 2.5 Euro tax per night and 1 euro for breakfast. They charge You a fee for credit card, no kitchen, no common room.

The building is fine actually, but I think the staff is the worst I've met. They were rude, unfriendly and they try to ignore the guests by smoking or hiding behind the desk or in facebook (when we have wifi). The place is also pretty far from city centre, and the toilets and showers are disgusting and dirty. The problem perhaps is that there was one toilet and shower for 3 dormitories with 25 people. The rooms were small but clean and with a little balcony.

Close to the metro station and easy to get around. It's rather clean and the staff is ok. However, this is a cheap place to spend a night rather than a hostel to socialize. Breakfast is rather poor, but I do not mind too much, given how cheap a place costs. They offer you linens, towels and soap. There's free wi-fi. There is no common room, kitchen or anything like this.

I didnt go to Euro Inn, but Music Hostel, because it was full, but they let me know when i was already there. Besides, they made me pay 2,5€ when i arrived, even though no one told me it and i coudnt read it anywhere, even in the web. There, I have not been bad, but i think it would be possible to find a better hostel for 16€.

We pay extra 2 euro for the city tax(each person per night), and the information on the hostelworld website indicated that the tax is included. Even more, we pay another 2 euro for the linen(per person), this price wasn't shown on the hostelworld either! So we pay extra 4 euro in total!!

No door locking whatsoever, nowhere to store your belongings safely. This is not good.

We stayed in a 6 bed dorm. We were packed into a small room that could have been fine for 6 people in 3 bunk beds, but there was only 1 bunk. The rest of the beds had only about 1 foot of space between them. No room for luggage, no lockers. The luggage storage that was suggested we use while out of the hostel was a dingy basement that I was actually scared to go down. Only 2 electrical outlets in the room. Bathroom DID NOT HAVE A TOILET SEAT. !!!??!?!? But hey, it was only 10 Euros.....

The hostel locates in a very dangerous neighborhood. I got robbed when finding way to reach the hostel. Facilities are all good. But i recommend if you want to get there, should take a cab or get there before dark. It's in a very dangerous neighborhood to getting around after 8pm

While this hotel-turned-hostel has all the basics required of a good stay, there was no feeling of social ease that made it easy to hang out with others, and our welcome by the staff was less than warm. The wifi signal was absent during most of our stay, only appearing at the beginning and the very end.

The staff were rude and unhelpful, the toilet seat was broken and not fixed during my stay, the heat was turned up way too high, possibly to compensate for the lack of actual blankets. Maybe I'm wrong, but wouldn't it be cheaper to turn the heat down about 10 degrees and give guests blankets or duvets instead of a bed spread and no top sheet? The matress itself was actually quite comfortable, but as I was so uncomfortable temperature-wise, it didn't help much. Not worth what I paid.

No keys for room so all doors were left unlock. Bathroom was in poor shape and stayed there for three nights and it was only cleaned once. The room I stayed in was nothing like the pictures on this site and it was only cleaned twice out of the four days if my stay. The staff was friendly but were not very informative, I wasn't told about any thing in regards to the breakfast nor if there was a curfew for the inn. If you want a good nights sleep I don't recommend it. Also they over charged me.

It was great. I really liked this inn. there was one problem though. when I reached there, apparently they didn't have my booking. I don't know if I have to blame hostelworld or the hostel for that. Except that, it was the best hostel I've been in so far. It was really clean, it was situated between two metro stations and you could reach historical center of the city or Milan's Centrale in less than 15 minutes with metro. Also the receptionist was a really helpful, warm and nice guy.

I stayed in the hostel two nights in different rooms and in both it was VERY COLD. We had to put on clothes and cover ourselves with our coats, but even it didn't hep. The reason for that was that though one heater was on, but it was in a lower position and most importantly there were NO WINTER BLANKETS! Also, in the reception they made me pay "TOURIST TAXES"-- for one weekday 2.00 Euro and for one weekend 2.40 Euro. There was nothing said about that beforehand!

Clean place close to the central station. No locker in the room and only one bathroom per floor, but for 1-2 nights it is alright.

I had exchanged a several emails with the hostel before booking my stay making sure my late arrival wouldnt cost any problems due to attending a wedding reception 60 miles away from Lucern. I was asured there wouldnt be any problem. After I had made my booking I was sent an email with a special code and was told there would be a master lock waiting for me to access the hostel at the very front door. I was dropped off to Lucern late at night. I had all instructions written down and...
