A really good place to stay at. I was upgraded to a single room which was great for no extra cost. The girl at reception made my stay that much better as she suggested things to do and was really helpful. I was only there for one day but she made it a really good one. Great location. Clean room and shower and great breakfast. Overall a good stay. Would come back here.A really good place to stay at. I was upgraded to a single room which was great for no extra cost. The staff here is incredible, always helpful and super nice. The rooms are clean and well taken care of, didn't expect such a nice place for the price. The restaurant in the hotel is so good and cheap don't even bother eating in the town. All in all I couldn't ask for a more pleasant place to stay on a budget. I wouldn't change a thing, and will definitely be coming here again.The staff here is incredible, always helpful and super nice. Quite poor breakfast buffet.
Building a little old but they are gettting it renovated.
Cleanliness very poor, in rooms and in toilets and bathrooms.
Very nice, cheap and great cart in the restaurant, with the inconvenience that they only serve dinners, not lunch.

This is an excellent place to stay. There you have all in your nearby what the other expensive hotels around the waterfall do not have - a post office, railway station, two cable railways, a very good supermarket Eurospar, nice people in their restaurant, less tourists, an excellent view of Alps high mountains. At the check-in you will get a voucher for a free welcome drink if you go for dinner in their restaurant. I wasn't there for the last time.This is an excellent place to stay. A great place to stay. Very easy to get to, breakfast was great. Free upgrade was awesome. Dont eat at the takeaway joint down the road unless you want to be sick all night!
