We had good stay in the hotel. Breakfast was good with a number of variety. The room we get was unique with a little attic for 4 person. We had to cancel the night after our return from the east coast for 2 reasons : 1. We found train to return to Rome directly from Bari. 2. Hotel is great but Napoli is the dirtiest city in Italy so far. I don't understand the sysem between your agency and Grand Hotel Europa. Both of you are trying to push away your responsibily when it comes to cancellation.
