Loved everything, except that the air con unit was right above our heads when we slept. It was so hot but we could not have the air con on as it blew straight down on our heads, giving us 'ice cream headaches'. We generally slept with the window open but the street noise was so loud we did not get much sleep.

We were 3 in a room which was clearly a double room with an extra bed. There wasn't much space left in the room and the single bed was so small that I couldn't even move AT ALL in bed! Given the price we paid (35€/person/night), I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
The staff helped us out a lot in getting around Marseille with some useful tips. Excellent. Location is perfect, just a block behind the old port, neuralgic centre of the city. The place felt safe and the room was clean and nice. There is common room, hostel-like, to meet people and using a computer.
Great location, good price. Yes, not the best decorated, but if like me youre only in town for 1 night fine. It was a bit noisy though, as we had the window open). T area near the station is quite dodgy, we walked through to get to the hotel which was no problem, but you might want to check the route before you leave the station so that you dont have to stop. Or get a metro. Also, breakfast was expensive and didnt look good, theres a cafe on the same street.

Great location! Staff was so generous and kind. AC was well needed and breakfast is 7 euros and delicious! We enjoyed our stay!
it is a 10-15 minute walk from the central trainstation and it's quite easy to find. the location is perfect, you are just in the middle of the centrum and hotspot of marseille. you got a bus nearby which brings you to every beach you want for 1.80€. staff was friendly, the 2 computers worked also. the room was clean, the beds were good, the shower easy to handle, but we didn't have a shower curtain. wifi also worked quite good.
They say they have unlimited free internet access in the lobby but there's only 2 computers. One of them doesn't work and the other is so slow...

Good place to stay, few meters from Vieux Port metro station. Recommended!
A decent place to stay if you want to be close to the Port. Very close to the main eating and drinking places. Good for a roof over your head for the night.
Air conditioning unit was leaking onto the bed and left a puddle on the floor right by the plug socket which is obviously is dangerous. However when we told the staff about this they happily moved us to another room. Hostel was a last minute booking as our travel plans changed and was the only hostel in Marseille on Hostelworld that had a room free. Quite expensive for what it was but Marseille is an expensive region so it was to be expected.
Hotel is really good and located in nice location. Hotel staff is really nice and they helped me lot in everyhin I needed to roam around Marseille.

Good place to stay if all you are after is a basic hotel type room in a great location. Directions were a bit basic but the hotel is very easy to find, just head to the Port and it's within 2 minutes of the metro. Good breakfast in the morning although wasn't included in the room rate. Internet free but pretty slow. Great to have luggage storage for after check out.
We had a very pleasant stay there. All facilities were clean. The AC worked well. Shower was good. Sound isolation was good. It was pretty easy to go around the city from there. The staff was very helpful and caring. We left our luggage there when we arrived and left with no problem.
You get the bare bones here, and that's all. I have never seen a room with less decoration in my life - it was literally just four white walls and a mattress. The bathroom was equally small and utilitarian. That said, everything worked and seemed clean enough, and it is smack in the middle of the Vieux Port, so if you're just looking for a place to crash this is sufficient. Just don't expect a nice atmosphere - you'd be just as well off getting a private room at a hostel, for less money.
This hotel was ok. It was in a good location in the city center. Nearby the metro station.
Repeat of previous review. Helpful and friendly staff with clean beds and facilities. We had an issue with over booking and were able to resolve it with the front desk in a very easy manner. The staff also gave us great recommendations for places to go to around the city. Great experience and great staff.

Perfect spot to explore Marseille. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. A little pricey maybe, but I would go there again and would be happy to recommend.
