This hostel is great. Location was very close to the Train Station. There is a grocery store and laundry mat just 10 minutes walking. Staff was very nice and helpful

It just take 5 minutes walk to the central station. The room is much bigger than I thought, great staff very friendly.

We had a great time in Florence, the hostel is really nice and with a great location. Very clean rooms and bathroom, great kitcken, and free internet

Very good located, fully equipped kitchen, rooms so clean, nice staff. Internet does not working in the rooms, just in the reception than I need to go in another floor and ask for somebody open the door for me. Thats not space to put locks in the cabinets/wardrobes in the room. And the most strange: you need to leave the place from 10am until 5pm to they clean the space. I think its a long time and so exhaustive be in the street all this time.And there is a lot of stairs too.

The hostel is well located, very clean, nice kitcken with a lot of things that you can use.The best things was that I booked in a room for 12 mix and they gave me a room for 3 people, for the same price. thanks Mike and Sam amazing staff.

Everything is good except the loock out but it's ok .. overall, nice place to stay. amazing staff, very good location and the best was the kitcken.

Fantastic hostel in a great location! The staff are extremely helpful. My stay was extremely enjoyable; the rooms very tidy, spacious and clean, and the facilities were fantastic, kitcken, smoking area, free wifi and computers. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed here for two nights. The beds were uncomfortable and the staff was unhelpful and almost rude. The 7 hour lockout is ridiculous. Also the place had BED BUGS. That's right. Bed bugs. I left covered in bug bites all over my body. I've talked to others who were staying there when I was and its the same story. Bites everywhere. This hostel is horrible and gross and you should never stay there.

Best hostel ever..great location,Clean, very friendly and smiling staff, recommending some really good places to eat and visit,they gave us a map, the hostel is open all the night, You can meet a lot of amazing people,excellent value for money, especially for Florence I will recommend it.

Very good hostel - great central location and good price - there are kitchen facilities, lockers and a place to hang clothes. The staff are really nice guys and let me leave my baggage for an extra day - would definitely come back here.

Very great location, good kitchen facility and nice staff. Barhroom are pretty awful - only two for 4 or 5 dorm rooms. From 10:00 am to 5:00 pm the rooms are locked due to cleaning. Overral it´s a well located cheap hostel, if you don´t mind to share the bathroom with 20 people.

I didn't have a particularly good experience here. We were kicked out for 7 hours everyday for 'cleaning' but then we would come back and the place would still be dirty. The staff were very odd, and I heard some pretty sketchy stories about them while I was there. Makes me wonder what they're doing during the 7 hours we're not there for - which reminds me that a bottle of vodka of mine disappeared during that time. The only thing good about this place was the people I met. I dont recommend.

Too bad, Never Never choose this hostel!!!!! a You cannt good sleep because you must wake up 9am, you cannt stay in hostel, you must leave 9am and only 5pm you can back. too bad. Never stay here

Wtf, from 10 am to 5 pm you cant be in the hostel! so after i had a good night out, I HAD TO SLEEP IN A F******* PARK, . Owner is pakistani or indian, not sure, and extra friendly and social with the ladies..

Amazing hostel, super friendly and knowledgable staff. I actually stayed here twice over 15 day period because it was really worth it for the money, the facilities and the location are what make this hostel so great!! I would stay here again

Great location in center of Florence, friendly staff and easy to meet other travelers. Closing the hostel for cleaning during the day wasn't a problem for me since I was out all day visiting the city.
